Improvements needed but helpful
Had trouble with delivery but NineLife UK and Melbourne couriers were efficient & helpful. Need to leave card in letterbox. Better signage needed on courier warehouse in Nerang Qld but service good. Got parcel in the end so all good.

Product arrived in good times and good condition. There was an issue with shipping, not on the part of NineLife, but a possible scam, I contacted NineLife and they immediately put my mind at ease.
