Visiting the USA last September for almost 3 weeks, we discovered your peanuts in certain hotels. They are divine! We also want to be able to buy them regularly even if it is not easy. In addition to our purchase on your site, we had to pay customs duties. It's average, but France works like this!

Ordered product 7th December: Received confirmation. No update since: No product shipped or received. Tried to chat with them on their website, waited half an hour then was told noone is online (even though it said they are online) and I should try again in 3 hours. I have now disputed the charge through my bank.
I ordered a high-value item from NineLife South Africa on 6 August 2025.
Two months later, I still have no delivery, no working tracking link, and no refund — despite repeated written assurances from their “WeCare” team that the item would either be delivered by mid-September or refunded in full if not received.
That promise was never honoured. After weeks of silence, I was told the package was “at my local post office” — which is absurd, since there are no functioning postal deliveries in my area and the order was sold with delivery included in the price.
I have now cancelled the purchase and demanded a refund under South African consumer law for breach of contract (malperformance).
To date, NineLife has ignored this lawful demand.
If you are considering ordering from NineLife in any country, please take this as a serious warning:
Their customer service is evasive and inconsistent.
Refunds are delayed or refused even when the company is clearly at fault.
Delivery promises are repeatedly broken.
I would strongly advise using a reputable retailer with verifiable local operations.
