Only a fool would shop here, I have never seen prices so much more expensive than anywhere on the internet. For example a 4 pack of €15 gummy mix for over €100. Check your prices I guarantee you will save a load of money shopping elsewhere.

I am happy with the product. However the website url is a .ie domaine suggesting it is an irish company but the product was actually shipped from the US and I was charged for customs.

It’s scam, stay away from it

WARNING - NETWORK OF SCAMMERS. Be careful. They are professional thieves. When the package arrives at your country, many scammers will send you a fake DHL email trying to charge you a irrisory customs cost. If you type your card there you'll lose a lot of money. Many people will send you the same scam email. NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS SHOP.

Even though it's an Irish website, they are shipping from UK. It's been 18 days now and I've received notification from An Post that I have to pay 10euro in customs charges. So it will take at least 3 weeks to arrive when I would expect 3 days from an "Irish" website.

Don’t trust them. Not honest. It’s not Ireland, product came from America, you have to pay import tax. The hearing aids were faulty, one month already I couldn’t get a refund. I hear only lie after lie about payment. I sent item back, promised a refund plus cover postage. I didn’t get anything.

Delighted with the product, however, I ordered from a .ie website, was told the product was coming from NJ, had to pay customs cost but post mark on package is Germany. I'm confused

Order took a month to arrive and had to pay customs charges even though it is an irish website should be stated on website about customs i would not use this company again

I love this coffee top quality. Good packaging . Timely postage though and the customs charge was a bit pricey which is a pity. Its difficult to work out what the customs charge will be and as shipping was paid for it can be misleading.

4 stars because I bought it on Irish website and didn't expect to pay extra customs for the parcel from the USA

I ordered a "Harkla Hug Sensory Chair" inflatable sensory pod - which is a therapeutic compression toy for my 8 year old non-verbal autistic son for his main Santa Clause present off Ninelife Ireland - I received this order the 1st week of December but did not open it until the night of the 24th December... unfortunately this item is obviously faulty as 2 sections of it will NOT stay inflated... I rang Ninelife and emailed them and informed them of my problem but was told because I didn't return the faulty goods within the 14 days of receipt of same I have absolutely no come back now and I am just under €200 out of pocket.. they are giving no consideration that this was a Santa Clause pressie for my son and so we did not know there was a problem with it until Christmas Day.... with my son's lack of understanding and the fact that he cannot speak it is so disappointing that this item does not fulfill his compression sensory needs which I thought and was looking forward to for him... and no compassion from this company only that their return policy is 14 days.... I would strongly suggest to anyone considering buying from this company to be very careful.... thank you for taking time to read my review...
