Support was slow and not helpful....and all I want to do was convert a free trial to a paid subscription. It doesn't seem like your process is working

Our chat support agent was simply following the security procedures we have in place about who can access the billing section. But she should have walked you through a few other work arounds as well. Great system for the most part
So far, Ninety has been very helpful. One issue we are dealing with is, having to still use our other work tracking system since it allows us to aggregate data based on client, type of work/communication, and amount of time spent. We were hopeful to just be able to use Ninety.

It has made installing EOS much easier and now I can't run my business without it.

Hi! I will retract and give a full 5 stars if this is my error. I inadvertently input numbers in last weeks column by mistake. Is there a way to “look back” to see what the original number was? I saw no way to do it. Maybe there is a “history” type tab to shown a snapshot in time of older data in case it gets erased or overwritten by mistake. Thanks!

Really enjoying it so far
Really enjoying it so far. Would be a lot better if it would update in real life for everyone on their log in as we progress through a meeting, like Traction does. Not everyone likes to watch the screen share.
