While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Easy to use and helps keeps the team focused on progress.
Loving ninety. It's not perfect and it still requires some improvements such as shared "to do's" being linked/the one task but all in all it has made life a lot easier. We've just moved to EOS and the user adoption because of the ease of use of the software has been outstanding.
I think the price point is about right for what it is and the month-long trial period was the perfect length and was ultimately what got me to convert to a paying customer.
Regarding the Ninety.io customer service team: Epic. The crew is attentive, quick, friendly, helpful -- I've initiated a chat on 3 separate occasions -- and I'm totally sold on giving my business to that team. One representative even offered to help me with data entry to help our team transition to the new platform!
Regarding the Ninety.io product: It might be a stellar long-term fit, but I can't tell quite yet. We've had a great start; the 30-day trial is just too short to know whether it's going to stick. The tools are just what we need. No concerns there.
We decided to roll our 'free' month test period over to a monthly subscription for a few reasons: (1) one month was insufficient for our team to decide whether it would be a good fit for our use, (2) the no-commitment monthly fee is reasonable enough that we can test-drive it a little longer with minimal risk, (3) we couldn't find an easy way to export the data we had entered -- and we didn't want to lose it.
Monthly per-user license fees are a winner for the first 3-6 months because they are low risk/easy entry -- but they don't satisfy me in the long run. After a few months of test drive, I want to shift from month-to-month to a service agreement/arrangement that is more resilient.

We are loving the platform and the support team has been super helpful and responsive! I think this is going to help our organization tremendously, I don’t think I’ve been excited about a platform before!
I really like the platform. Ninety.io has helped organize and prioritize our team's goals and objectives.
I would like to see some more versatility out of the Data portion. Would be nice to have some more calculations available. Ex. % of Goal Monthly, Quarter, Yearly, vs. just green/red

Ninety has been so helpful to my clients running on EOS. Prior to using this tool it was a mismatch of spreadsheets, google docs and paper. Ninety keeps everything together in a simple intuitive platform. I think the biggest win has been improved weekly Level 10 Meetings!
I like the overall landscape of the software but there are some definite limitations. Having to refresh is a big one for me and not being able to log in to L10 meetings… what??? Only one person can start and be in an L10??? Horrible!

Great product. So far the favorite part is the dashboard! Next week it will be something else. It is going to make a difference.
Lifesaver when implementing EOS.
The greatest reward is seeing members of the Leadership Team embrace the platform more and more every week and beginning to speak in a new language of strategy that is fully brought to life through "ninety." Each week I learn to better leverage the software to better facilitate our L10 meetings.
The team at Ninety was SO helpful in getting our existing information imported so we didn't have to spend the time entering/recreating things we'd already done once. It was easy to give them the right info, formatted the right way, and they're super quick to respond when we had questions.
We're still pretty new to the app, but so far it's really simple to use and helpful in guiding our experience with EOS. We haven't found any downsides yet, and don't expect to either.
Somewhat intuitive to use. Appreciate the dashboard. Overall the system performs "clunky" and simple updates like adding a ToDo or saving a simple comment will have the orange update bar spinning for minutes. (This is with a high speed fiber network in place for Internet and is a consistent experience across all 9 members of our team across the US.) We like the 90-minute meeting template and timer, but the meeting notes feature is not functional. Notes you are typing constantly jump back to the top (a very frustrating experience) and multiple people cannot work within the notes or other parts of the software during the meeting. Ideally, all activity and notes would be auto-captured from an L10 but they are not. Right now our admin person spends additional time to capture notes that we want reflected in the auto-summary email because the system does not perform this.

A few bugs here and there but really nothing majors. Would like to work in real time at some point as the integrator.
Love the software.
Fantastic way to track our data. I wish I had had this 2 years ago!
Love the software only giving it a 4 because the metrics/data is difficult to read for color blind folks like myself green/red. If possible perhaps you could give the user the ability to customize metric colors for more contrast.
Really enjoying the Ninety.io software. The ability to switch though issues, to-dos, and rocks make for efficient recording of meeting commitments and discussion.
New user-so far very helpful keeping our teams on track. Looking forward to the updates that are in the works.
