Le agradecemos su feedback para poder mejorar nuestros servicios. Efectivamente, hemos verificado un retraso bastante considerable en la entrega. Su pedido fue expedido el día 20/04, sin embargo, la entrega se ha realizado hoy. No es algo habitual y nos pondremos en contacto con la empresa de transporte para intentar evitar casos similares en el futuro.
