They are the worst!

They are absolutely impossible to get a refund from. They keep offering discounts rather than my money. They are the worst. Don't purchase anything from these people. Don't even get me started on the quality of the bag, weak and flimsy and they stink of plastic. If I could give less than one star I would.

I Purchased hasn’t arrive

I Purchased hasn’t arrive. I bought the bag last 18/02/25.
—Ninibags was quick to respond to my complaint and I was reassured that my purchase delivery is still within the timeframe. Online tracking update was sent to my email too. I’m relieved. Ninibags was so kind to sent me small amount of refund which calmed me down. I will wait for the bag to arrive.
