Would not use this company. Twice now I’ve ordered a vape which is listed in stock so they took my money only to be told they’re actually out of stock. Still waiting for a refund. Very bad customer service

Regarding the kit you ordered, the original Smok Mag kit has unfortunately been discontinued, though we are working hard to ensure we have the latest replacement kits in stock as consistently as possible.
We did attempt to contact you by phone to explain the situation and discuss these changes directly. Regarding your refund, I can confirm that this was processed on our end, and it should have been reflected in your account the very next day. We would kindly ask that you double-check your bank statement for that date, as it should be visible there.

My very first order and I’m extremely impressed. Next day delivery and I even got a couple of bonus items. Great flavours. The only issue I had was tiny nozzles on a couple of bottles that were extremely awkward for filling. I had to transfer liquid to another bottle to be able to fill my tank. This isn’t the seller’s fault though, so I don’t hold them responsible. I’ll most definitely be back! Thank you 💜

Long standing customer review
Brought for a few years from this company after a friend who had been using them even longer recommended, always fast delivery and plenty of options.
If ever an item is out of stock they contact you straight away with options to keep everything moving fast , if ever an item has a manufacturing defect ( IV only ever had one) it's a super simple process ( in my case ) and was resolved and has a new item by the next day!
You can also receive cash back on your purchases so it's a nice little extra.
I believe them to be fast with fast delivery,highly professional and great customer service and communication with a great range of products on an easy to use website making ordering simple and things to try as well as little perks and affordable.
I would highly recommend!
