Ive brought a Ninja 15in1, it broke after just over a year of use, with a burning smell coming from the device. It was replaced under warranty, the 2nd unit has now broken, within a year. The 2nd unit doesn't come with its own warranty so Shark won't replace it. These items are not cheap, they should not break so easily this is not only bad for consumers but is also part of a larger environmental issue. I complained and got offered 30% off but why would I want to place good money after bad when two devices have broken. I won't be buying from Ninja or Shark again, they obviously only care about money, not quality, consumers or the environment.

I bought a ninja foodie and the inside pot became pitted and unusable so I purchased a new one from ninja online and the rim of the pot has come away leaving a razor sharp edge that I cut my thumb on they will not let me leave this review with photo of pot on their website because of their community guidelines

Sensational bit of kit! Procrastinated for months about buying but wish I’d jumped before!

It really does do everything

AND the ceramic bowl is the most ‘ non stick’ thing I’ve ever had….literally NOTHING sticks, very easy to clean

I would recommend looking at you tube for tips, especially the temperature probe, but very very useful

This is in reply to someone from Ninja wanting to escalate my complaint. First, thanks for that, but why did it take soooooooo long? However, that person should have looked at my recent order status (as of approx. 16:00h on 22/11/21), for then they would have seen (surprise, surprise!) that part of my order was delivered on 20/11/21. That was interesting from 3 aspects as a) I had received 1 email at 22:04h on 18/11/21 saying that 1 item had been despatched and then b) another at 01:46 on 19/11/21 saying that both items that I had ordered had been despatched and c) from then until the 20/11/21 the carrier's tracking was saying that it has received the order details but not the parcel. In the end, it was the former email's notification which arrived i.e. just the 1 item with a note to say that the other item was on backorder. To the Ninja respondent, don't worry. I've already escalated my complaint to your MD and you are 'mentioned in dispatches'. This is beyond being ridiculous!

Great price advertised for the BN800UK Processor, £50 cheaper then anywhere else. But couldn't order as didn't accept CC details - twice. This leads me to be very suspicious of the vendor in the sense of "do they have stock". Very strange! Ordered elsewhere.

It's a genuine site. I was looking through all the reviews and I couldn't find anything about this site but I'm glad I ordered as it was next day delivery. So happy with my ninja food blender. And it's cheaper on this site. So happy.

Tried 4 times to buy a processor and can't get my card to go through.
Rang the number on the site , they had the price at 99 pounds, the price here was 79.
Lady went off to find out what was happening, waited 10 minutes and got cut off. I
Expected her to ring me but she didn't bother

Ninja personal blender was £20 cheaper on this website than any other place. Went through with it and item was delivered next day via DPD. All confirmations came through via Ninja kitchen instantaneously.

I was amazed to see the brand website had the lowest price on my Ninja kitchen system, but also reluctant as they had no reviews on here. I'm so glad i went for it. The product has been the best purchase I have made this year, and delivery was timely, and by a great courier.. unlike some companies who use the cheapest option. All in all I've been very satisfied with the service, and have recommended others to use the product and the website.
