Poor costumer service

Products are the best I owe 2 air fryers, Blender, waffle maker, 3 coffee makers(Home,RV and office), small chop blender, I had issues with one coffee maker I bought in March 2023, was out of the warranty of course and not even because I'm a loyal costumer they replace the unit, unfortunately they don't stand behind their product, costumer service and the manager offered a 30% off in a new unit the price with the discount was the same at Walmart and Target. Sad that I have this experience.

Its handy but its very difficultbto make 1 pot meals as the pressure or air fryer needs different timea and tepms, pressire means you have yo reales pressure before doing anything else so i honestly see much difference from this to the over? The crisp tray is ok byt the lega are cheap plastic and a nightmare to clean and it also stinks, the smell of new plastic and is in the air for weeks after using it, overall, i wouldnt rush to buy.

I ordered a set of pots and pans they arrived and the pots were oval so that the lids wouldn’t fit. I also ordered a ninja xl stack air fryer it arrived with the handle completely broken off. They don’t reply to you messages right away I’ve had a reply on the air fryer it’s going back. Waiting on a reply for the pots to send it back too. Atrocious customer service. Wish I read all reviews first. Trading standards should step in and investigate this type of behaviour.they have 90 percent negative reviews. 😳finally got a reply 9 days later opened a case to get a refund and a return label.when it goes wrong and they send you defective items they couldn’t care less. Takes weeks to get a refund I’ll update a date on how long it takes.

Don’t ever order from Ninja website- you won’t get your order

I cannot believe that in 2024 a customer service can be this bad.
I placed an order via their website- that’s a huge mistake! Don’t ever do it!!!!
I ordered on September 2nd. The promise is 3-5 business days. 10 days passed and I saw the order was still processing- meaning it hasn’t shipped yet. Called them and they said it’s been lost, and that a supervisor will get back to me.
No one did. I called again, had another supervisor place a new order for me and she sent me an email promising the new order will arrive 3-5 business days.
It’s been 5 business days and the order hasn’t shipped. The company will not let me cancel the order and are making me wait 15 business days to see if I might get it.
At this point I think I will just sue them because they have really crossed all lines possible. I’ve already wasted 5 hrs of my life on calls to their customer support, if I had ordered it on Amazon I would have gotten it the day after.
UNBELIEVABLE.

Damaged goods and very poor customer service

Highly disappointing and very poor customer service and products received from Ninja which has completely changed our image for Ninja. We bought an Air Fryer which was described as certified refurbished and like it was brand new customer return which hadn’t been opened. We received a damaged unit so contacted Ninja who said they would replace. The replacement we got was even more damaged so had to contact them again to replace again. The third one we got was okay but the first 2 are still here and not been collected as promised. Every time we contact Ninja they take a few days to reply which is very poor considering the vision of the company. Now we got a reply back from Alex who advised that we should be paying to return the damaged units back and Ninja are doing us a favour and waiving it on this occasion. Customers paying to return damaged goods back to Ninja will not go down well. Ninja tends to blame sister companies or authorised sellers for their own failures.

Worst customer service call ever

Worst customer service call ever. Employee started asking personal questions about where I’m from and places I’ve been to, completely unrelated to the topic. I spent over 15-20 minutes on the phone repeating myself, he doesn’t get what I’m saying because he obviously speaks the worst english and I don’t get half of what he’s saying because of the accent too. My issue had not been resolved as always.

Warning do not buy direct you get lied to

If I could give a zero I would terrible company , I placed a order on the 3rd September for a set of pots and pans on the official site and it went through fine took my money and everything was going well until 2 days later it says still processing so I contacted them and they said they would look into it and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and they didn’t , got a email yesterday to say I will get them when they get stock back in , which is fine , then I woke up this morning to a message saying they’ve cancelled my order and will refund me in 5 to 10 working days (hang on you took my money that day so you should pay me straight back) but I noticed why they’ve cancelled my order is because I paid £149.99 for them and lo and behold they’ve put them up to £309.99 , absolutely disgraceful company , I don’t normally leave reviews but this has really angered me

Great customer service r

Called their contact number, was greated by very kind, respectful gentleman. Very helpful, going video call to see if problem could have been resolved.
He then spoke with his manager where a replacement 14 in 1 was offered. Delivered next day. Customer service above and beyond. The whole experience was stress free. Thank you Ninja. I am made up.

I have a Ninja Thirsti and I’m part of…

I have a Ninja Thirsti and I’m part of the Co2 refill club. When I send two empty canisters back to Ninja, they automatically charge my card and ship out two new ones. End of July, my card gets charged but for two weeks, my order was stuck on “Awaiting Carrier Pickup”. The next five weeks consisted of me calling Ninja, getting no answers to why they haven’t shipped the item. They tried THREE different times to make an order again and send me my Co2 canisters and I still have none. What’s the point of buying the machine if you can’t even ship the parts for it? They make excuses, not giving legit answers to why they have no trouble charging my card but for some reason, they’re unable to actually ship the item. I never had a problem before but these two months have been a headache. I’m tempted to demand a refund on the machine because at this point, it’s useless.

Would give zero stars of I could! Placed an order 4th of August. Still hasn't arrived.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Keep getting blown off with '7 to 10 business days' if I call and customer service emails go completely unanswered.

After 1 full month of sill not receiving my item they said they wouldn't refund because it's been shipped. I contacted DHL myself and my tracking number hasn't even been scanned by them! They haven't sent it yet refuse to refund. If by Monday I don't get a refund I'll be making a complaint to the ombudsman.

WARNING!!!

WARNING!!!! Do not order from the official Ninja site because dpd promise to deliver and then just don’t bother. Had 2 separate occasions now stating my item will be delivered between 7am and 10pm to receive an email stating the item had been delivered. Once is justifiable but twice is a complete joke. 2 days waisted waiting in. I expect much more from Ninja

They do not deserve even one star . I wish I can give them ZERO star. They took the money for the grill and did not send any thing . Failed to communicate . Very very very bad customer service. There is no service at all . Totally disappointed and advice everyone do not wast your money with this scam

Secret Sale Farce.

I tried to buy a multi combi 12 in 1 in the secret sale this morning. But couldn't download voucher code to be able to only pay £199.99. I phoned Ninja Kitchen and a person supposedly did it for me, only to get an email to say it had been cancelled. I phoned again, and after a very prolonged and very confusing discussion was told to order it at the proper price and they would refund the difference. I said I would only do that if they emailed me promising that they would refund me the difference. That was approx 3.5 hours ago and I am still waiting. All in all a total waste of my morning.

My partner ordered the ninja…

My partner ordered the ninja multicooker on 2nd of June and we still haven’t received it. They can’t even give us an estimated time of arrival and on their website it says order fulfilled which they are fully aware that it hasn’t been sent, let alone received. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement.

I ordered a ninja slushie. Called 3 minutes after ordering because I forgot to use my 10% first time coupon and they wouldn't apply it to order. Ordered product on 8/16/24 and it will arrive FedEx 8/26/24.. I'm going to return item. They don't seem honest.
