Terrible experience
I made the purchase, including all the details and when I chose PayPal as payment method, your web deleted all the details and imported my email, address and everything from my PayPal account. So the address was incorrect, also the email. I noticed it about an hour later and there was no way to change anything. No customer service provided ( this was Friday, no service until Monday . I sent an email (no answer up to date). When I could contact, they refused to change anything although the transport company told me only the sender can change the address. Also, I wasn’t able to cancel the transaction within the following hours, which also has no sense. Terribly disappointed and I hope they don’t deliver the machine to that address, as I don’t want to sue anyone but I won’t have any other option.
Edit after reply: No, the address has not been changed, as that is not an option for me, only for you as the sender and you refused to do so. The only option has been to keep the package in a Mail Shop but in the same post code as the wrong address, so I will have to drive 2,5 hours to collect it and another 2,5 back. Thank you very much.
