Speedy response to customer questions or concerns. Real people with honest easy to understand feedback and real resolutions. Not pointing out some unseen limitations to their service. If something wasn't right - they make it right. And if you want to ensure color matches - they send you photos with the pantone colors and thread. Couldn't be more happy with the service Charlie provided. :)

Patch color Issues

Great experience with Ninja Patches!
Great experience with Ninja Patches. We used them in the past for transfers to make our company shirts. They did awesome and the shirts are still holding up 18+ months later! I recently had the pleasure of working with Carisha who went above and beyond to ensure our patch design was correct and what we envisioned. Ninja Patches provides excellent and prompt service to their customers, something you often don't experience with larger online companies. Oh my gosh, what can I say? Carisha reached out to me right away Letting me know my design needed to be bigger than what I had originally ordered. We worked together and we were able to get the perfect design. There wasn’t any delay in communication.

Erin was the best is an understatement. Erin is the lord of the chat!!
Erin was the best! I felt like every concern I had was heard. I originally called in and was a little frustrated because no one answered. But when I got on the chat with Erin I realized it was so much simpler on here.
My recommendation, give Erin a fat promotion, a fat raise, and put Erin on the employee of the month wall.
