Patch doesn’t match design and bad communication
Your communication is terrible. Never confirmy order or sent a status update. When the patches arrive you have cropped out my company logo of the design making them useless. I have sent a form indicating this and I expect a full refund of my money.

You actually saying that I have to pay even more to make sure that you print the complete design provided to you? Some how it is my fault for not paying more? It could not have been more clear, a promotional patch with ONE image and ONE text below (single word) and some how you decided that the text wasn’t necessary? Even in your website the file provided to you shows all the elements. If this is your way of apologizing for a mistake you are doing a terrible job.

Ninja support is amazing! USPS, not so much…
USPS lost or damaged the package and Mercedes with Ninja Patch was more than accommodating, getting a replacement order generated right away! Disappointed the original shipping had issues but more than pleased with Ninjas handling of the issue.

Do not recommend
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Ninja Patches. First of all, if you are ordering patches, understand that their 9-13 estimated shipping time is specifically for production time and they will use up every day. We ordered 11 days ago and it hasn't even started production yet. We called to explain that we are new customers and that the ship times were confusing. We explained that we have an event starting in two days and asked if there was anything they could do to help. There was zero customer service. He just relayed that it would be up to 1 more week before it ships and we will receive it 3-5 days later. That will put it at nearly four weeks from when we ordered. We will miss two weeks of sales. There was nothing he could do. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us a manager would call us in 30 min to and hour and no one ever called.

Everytime I need something for my business, I come to Ninja Patches. Their customer service is above and beyond, their site is easy to use, and they have everything that I need.
Horrible Service, Incredibly Slow
I placed an order with Ninja Patches on July 12, expecting it to ship within their stated 9–13 business day window. They took my payment immediately but provided no confirmation that my order was in progress. I received no updates—no shipping estimate, no production status, nothing.
After more than a week of silence, I submitted a message through the contact form on their website to check on my order. I never received a response.
I called them on July 23 and was told the order was “in progress” and would ship in a day or two. It didn’t. Still no shipping notice, still no reply to my email.
I called again on July 30 and was told, rather dismissively, that I was “still within the 13 business day window.” I understand timelines, but what I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication or follow-through.
It wasn’t until I called a third time, on July 31, and asked for a supervisor, that my order finally shipped—overnighted, which tells me they knew something had gone wrong.
I was also surprised to learn my order had been outsourced to another company—something that was never disclosed. And when I asked why my email went unanswered, I was told I “might have contacted the wrong department.” I used the contact link directly from their own website.
This was an unnecessarily frustrating experience for a fairly simple order—25 patches. I expected much better service and communication, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on how my order was handled.

Update: Ninja Patches publicly responded claiming they emailed me. That is simply not true — I’ve double-checked all folders, including spam. No communication was received. I stand by my original review. Poor service and lack of communication were the issue from the start, and now they’re compounding it by misrepresenting the facts.

Very happy with the quality of the patches. My only issue was my own issue as I ordered a 3.5 circle patch and it's a bit large for a popular hat brand / model. An area of improvement that would be awesome when ordering the patches would be a diagram of the Patch size on popular hat styles so users can see how it will fit.

Although the patches did not turn out as I ordered them, and I ultimately had a dissatisfied customer, after posting this review, was contacted by a higher level at Ninja who was able to refund me. It was the right thing to do, and I appreciate him helping me. All I really wanted was the correct patches and a happy customer though.
ZERO Stars for Ninja Patches and Ninja Transfers!
I cannot say enough about how bad this company is. I rarely ever write reviews. I have had 2 negative experiences and in both cases, their Customer Service only cares about their bottom line.
Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Ninja using the wrong colors on the patch, every solution their team has offered ultimately leaves me at a loss—financially and reputationally.
As a result of this mishandled order, I now have an upset customer and still must bear the cost of the mistake. This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience with Ninja, the first being related to UV transfers. While their marketing and presentation are strong, the reliability of the product and service does not match.
I am a small business owner, and even a single dissatisfied client impacts my credibility and future business. The fact that Ninja has been unwilling to take accountability or absorb even a portion of the cost to correct the error is both disappointing and telling. It is a COMPLETE LACK of CARE for its customers and their success.

I order patches twice and they came out great and was easy to put on a hat and zip up pullover. I will be ordering again and can't wait to get them!

We've had a great experience with Ninja Patches. They were able to send us out a corrected patch after the first batch, part of our logo was spelled incorrectly. Overall fast shipping!
