Quality good price fair way better than china by far shipping was quick it takes time to get made but is worth it

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid If You Need Reliability

I placed an order for 25 patches on February 3, 2025, and the process was nothing short of frustrating. It took three rounds of revisions just to get the colors correct, which significantly delayed production.

Because of the extended turnaround time, I paid $35 for Next Day Air shipping to ensure the patches arrived as quickly as possible. I even emailed three separate times to confirm that my order would be shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Despite this, the package was sent via USPS Standard delivery instead—completely disregarding what I paid for.

To say this experience has been frustrating as a small business owner is an understatement. The lack of communication, attention to detail, and failure to honor paid shipping upgrades make it clear that Ninja Patches is unreliable when it comes to custom orders. This is particularly disappointing because Ninja Transfers has been a great company to work with otherwise.

If you need timely, accurate service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Order place January 25 and still no word on delivery. This is a back up to my original review of two stars because of the poor customer service. I've dropped it down to one star now given my order is still reading "Not Fulfilled" on my account. Brandon from Ninja did ask me to take this offline so it wasn't public facing. A little customer service goes a long way.

So far no good. Have been in contact with crystalyn and jerome. Was promised my order late this week. Still waiting with no update on shipping. Unfortunately I’ll be gone for the next week and won’t be around to receive the order. The 24/7/365 chat line must be on vacation, I haven’t heard back from them today. I would hope the product is better than the customer service. I heard good things from a friend that used ninja patches but unfortunately it has not gone well so far.

Cristaly responded to my question, regarding leather patch material that was not what I expected it to be... She answered promptly & gave me great advice.
