On 5th November 2025 Amir from Ninja Plumbers attended my property because we had a leak from boxed in pipes in the bedroom. Without doing any investigation whatsoever, he said that the damage was caused by the bath upstairs which required replacing. He said he knew this because he had been a plumber for 14 years. I believed him and paid £80 cash for this advice which turned out to be completely untrue. Another firm of plumbers carried out a proper investigation. They opened up the woodwork and discovered that a new lead fitting was required for the existing copper feed. This was done and there is now no leak.
As Ninja’s plumber’s advice was negligent, I politely asked for the return of my £80 but my WhatsApps to the company requesting this were ignored. I have not received a refund. Like other reviewers I would avoid this company at all costs. No attempt was made to investigate the problem. Instead an incorrect, expensive solution was proposed. The company is unprofessional and untrustworthy.

If I could give this company more stars, l absolutely would! From the start, the process was great and efficient. I called with an emergency drainage issue that 4 sets of engineers from different companies didn't fix property and needed repairing weeks later. Amir Qome and Mohsen arrived within 20 minutes of calling the company. From the start, Amir would text me when they were 15 minutes away, and sent me pictures and videos of every important step of what they were doing. They put in temporary safety measures before arriving the next day. They completed a very fragile and complex job in only 4.5 hours. The price for their service is lower than any of the previous invoices I've had to pay with other companies.
Communication with Amir and Mohsen was very easy. I will only use this company from now on.

Boiler was intermittently showing an error and I called Ninja without resetting it, so they could see investigate. Plumber pressed restart without opening boiler case to examine. Said new boiler required and left. (Boiler is regularly serviced and new parts gave been fitted when required.)
Boiler failed a couple of days later due to blocked condensate drain, which is one of the faults indicated by the fault code. I cleared the blockage myself.
Waste of £132. No effort spent to investigate possible causes, and dubious attempt made to sell expensive solution.

Scammers.

I called them for a boiler leak. The plumber “fixed” it in a few minutes by simply tightening a screw. As soon as I turned my back, he claimed the leak was still there and insisted the entire system needed to be drained and part of the pipe replaced. I asked him to tighten the screw a bit more, the leak stopped immediately and hasn’t returned.

Avoid at all costs. Don’t fall for the good reviews.

Paid £420 for a drain unblocking service that did not fix the problem. The same evening the drains flooded again and there was a leak under the sink.

When I contacted Ninja Plumbers, the situation escalated quickly. Timings were repeatedly changed, and I was shouted at on the phone by their plumber and spoken to aggressively by the office. I was pressured to allow another visit despite clearly saying I wanted a refund instead due to how aggressive they were with me and that I was untrusting of their work and I eventually denied their return visit as I did not feel comfortable with them in my house again.

Because the issue was unresolved and I no longer trusted the company, I hired another plumber, who confirmed there were still clear problems and fixed the issue.

I was refused a refund despite the work not being completed properly. Poor service, aggressive behaviour, and no accountability. I would not recommend Ninja Plumbers.

Emergency call

I had to call Ninja Plumbers at 3.00 am because the tank in our loft was leaking. Mohsen arrived within 20 minutes, he quickly identified the problem and sort it out. He was professional, kind and considerate. He returned in the morning to finalise the job as some parts needed replacement. I was very impressed with the service and will use this company again without a doubt

Update on previous review. The method that Hamid decides to communicate is to raise his voice and slam the door in your face to make up for his inability to be considerate. Cannot comment on the quality of work however neighbourly attitude is POOR

Very helpful staff over the phone and in person. They cover many needs and were quick to help us with our emergency.

Amir (Qome) and Hamid were great. They set to the task quickly and efficiently. They explained what they were doing step by step. They were conscientious and polite. I consistently go back to this company as the workmanship and attitude are both of exceptional quality. Competitive prices too.

We have relied on Mohsen and Mo on a number of occasions, they are always responsive, quick to attend and professional. We recommend ninja plumbers to all!

First, it's important to provide the background to this job. Our toilet lever broke, and on inspection, it was clear that there were also some slow leaks. I had called Pimlico Plumbers, and they quoted two days of work and a fixed price of £3000. That seemed highly inflated to me, and I looked up day rates for plumbers on Check-A-Trade. Top end is £375 a day plus materials. It was clear that Pimlico Plumbers thought highly of themselves, but I didn't. Then I called Mohya at Ninja Plumbers. He came within a half-hour, quoted me a £500 fixed price, started the job immediately, and was finished within two hours of arriving. Although more expensive than the fixed rates I had found online, in the end it was a straight-forward and honest interaction.

They came to provide a quote for a bathroom and at the same time they provided an emergency repair. They were very helpful and thorough and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Mo and Riam have installed a new Vaillant 25kw Eco Fit Combination boiler to my flat , and have disposed of the old one. Previous to the installation they have power-flushed the central heating. I am very please with the job done. As a result, my radiators are working like they never did before and I know that I can trust my brand new Vaillant boiler . I am very pleased with the price and the quality of the job done and am enjoying a warm home and trouble free boiler !
