I had a very good experience with NinjaRemap. I installed larger injector nozzles on my 1.3 MJD and needed a proper base map to get the car running right.
The base map they initially sent was already very well calibrated and the car ran surprisingly well from the start. What impressed me most was their willingness to work with me to fine-tune everything. I sent them multiple datalogs and feedback after testing, and they patiently revised the maps each time.
Communication was excellent throughout the process. They responded quickly on WhatsApp, actually listened to my observations, and made changes based on real data rather than just sending generic files.
It’s rare to find tuners who take the time to properly analyze logs and collaborate with the customer during remote tuning. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a proper custom tune.
