Worst customer service ever experienced

I placed an order for icecream tubs and a drink bottle and received a mini blender and the drink bottle. Returned the blender after sending through an email advising that I had ordered the icecream tubs and had no need for a mini blender. After 10 plus emails backwards and forwards I have given up. Paid for something I never received!!

Shark Electra mask fail

I was gifted a Shark Electra mask last April. It worked twice and has now stopped working. I asked the supplier if they can fix it, the response was it is a couple of months out of warranty and I should have paid for the lifetime warranty so too bad too sad.

Well we couldn’t fault them

We think that the cold press juicer is amazing! Great quality product and it is so easy to clean. It was delivered by DHL quickly and efficiently.
We did have some concerns when we had to contact customer service but it was quickly dealt with and a return phone call and email to confirm everything.

Disgusting service

UPDATE: 9 weeks later and after contacting the Office of Fair Trading, they have finally agreed to issue me a refund. They held my money hostage for over 2 months. I will never recommend them to anyone the way I’ve been treated is disgusting

Please be aware that this company uses Aramex for their deliveries. It’s been 3 weeks with no update on my parcel which cost me $410 with the intention of it being a Christmas present. Customer service are useless from both Ninja Shark and Aramex. No one knows where the package is but they still won’t issue me a refund or resend. Disgusting service.

Still not resolved and £105 out of pocket

Don’t normally do this but if it saves someone from the hassle I’ve had, ordered a mask 12th June courier delivered it at ‘back door’ the picture of tracking shows the delivery card only, so basically after longday at work came home no delivery checked all around the garden no sign of parcel, next day asked neighbours. Informed courier and also informed the company, courier was great and told me they will investigate and that the company had to contact themself to put a claim in for this missing parcel if not located and this is where is begins basically got every excuse going over the past 2 months from this company, check with neighbours, check to see if neighbours has cctv, ring the courier again as they couldn’t get through with the ‘time difference’ have I got an email for the courier as they are not getting back to them, can you ring the courier back up, now they are moving warehouse and the finance team are busy and will keep me updated, literally it was unbelievable what they was saying I have 45emails of absolute garbage… still no mask and £105 out of pocket, when all they have to do is put claim in through the courier for the missing parcel what the Evri advisor said to myself over the phone.
