I appreciate the ability to have help with a scheduled remote session. Chris my agent was right on time and solved my problem.

The application support associate was extremely helpful, timely and professional. He was able to quickly make changes on desktop application to resolve connection and login issues

Luan knew what he was doing and got everything fixed for me quickly. I was really happy about it.

I am a NinjaTrader Lifetime license holder. From a purely technical standpoint, the platform is powerful and well built. Order Flow tools and charting are excellent when everything is fully enabled.

Unfortunately, I discovered a major limitation that makes the Lifetime license extremely misleading in practice.

When all funds are withdrawn from the brokerage account:

TradingView connectivity is disabled,

Order Flow+ is no longer available when using external data,

Simulation trading becomes severely restricted (delayed data, no simulated trading),

And after one year of inactivity, the brokerage account may be considered closed.

In concrete terms, this means that the $1,500 paid for the Lifetime license can easily be completely wasted unless the brokerage account is kept funded continuously.
There is no standalone paid subscription to retain market data, simulation trading, TradingView access, and Order Flow+ without funding the brokerage account — even if the user is willing to pay separately by credit card and is not asking for live trading.

This is not a technical limitation, but a commercial design choice.
A Lifetime license should not lose its value simply because a user temporarily pauses live trading.

What makes this especially disappointing is that other professional platforms, such as ATAS, Quantower, or Bookmap, are far more transparent about their licensing models while offering comparable performance and professional-grade tools.

Support staff are polite and responsive, but the Lifetime license feels conditional and fragile.
Technically strong platform — but the “Lifetime” license can very realistically turn into $1,500 thrown away.

Je suis détenteur d’une licence NinjaTrader Lifetime. Sur le plan technique, la plateforme est puissante et bien conçue : les outils d’Order Flow et les graphiques sont excellents lorsque tout est activé.

En revanche, j’ai découvert une limitation majeure qui rend la licence Lifetime très trompeuse dans les faits.

Dès que l’on retire tous les fonds du compte de courtage :

l’accès à la connexion TradingView est bloqué,

Order Flow+ devient indisponible avec une data externe,

le trading en simulation est fortement limité (data retardée, impossibilité de trader),

et après un an d’inactivité, le compte peut être considéré comme fermé.

Concrètement, cela signifie que les 1 500 $ payés pour la licence Lifetime peuvent très facilement être foutus en l’air si le compte n’est pas maintenu financé en permanence.
Il n’existe aucune formule payante indépendante permettant de conserver la data, la simulation, TradingView et Order Flow+ sans alimenter le compte de courtage — même en étant prêt à payer par carte bancaire et sans trader en réel.

Ce n’est pas une contrainte technique, mais un choix commercial.
Une licence à vie ne devrait pas perdre sa valeur lors d’une simple pause de trading.

D’autant plus que d’autres plateformes professionnelles comme ATAS, Quantower ou Bookmap proposent des modèles de licence beaucoup plus clairs, pour des outils tout aussi performants.

Le support est professionnel, mais la licence “Lifetime” apparaît conditionnelle et précaire.
Excellente plateforme techniquement, mais la licence Lifetime peut très concrètement devenir de l’argent jeté par la fenêtre.

Adrian was extremely knowledgeable about my software issues and was instrumental in reestablishing my NinjaTrader connection as well as placing it back on my computer after it (for some reason) disappeared completely from my desktop. Thank you Adrian.

There customer service is impeccable and platform is absolutely top notch as far as I’m concerned

Desk platform is superb. But mobile version is expensive. Tradovate mobile app is excellent!

Ninja Traders has a unique Machine ID, which most of the time used by third party vendors to provide commercial indicators, and authenticate against this machine ID. The problem is this Machine ID changed every time we update windows or firmware. which are very common these days. I have to spend half of my time to bother my vendor to update machine ID, which is frustrating. I would not recommend using Ninja trader because of this stupid ID of maintaining uniqueness based on everchanging Machine ID.

Client Services rep, Dave Z. was persistant, patient with me, and very kind as he made sure I was totally satisfied. I am very pleased with the customer service at Tradovate!

Ilkhom was a super quick responder with care and patience. They were very detailed and gave me clear instructions to fix my problem - I am grateful for their assistance.

Chris was great. He transferred my files to my new computer in less the 20 minutes.He is the best support agent I have ever had at Ninja. I wish I could have him every time.

Sean knew exactly what to look for in 3 minutes that has taken me hours to try to remedy. It was such a relief to have him look at my computer and make everything correct!
