international shipping and black friday
The fact that Black Friday was solved by raising the price of everything in the process is a strange solution, to say the least.
The international shipping fees are much higher than other similar companies. They put much care to carefully package everything up.

Nino's responded quickly on their end to getting my order filled. However, US customers should be aware that US customs can delay receiving order. Nino's shipped within days of my ordering on-line. The package arrived in US on 11/2 and I received it on 11/28. Nino's candy is delicious and worth the wait!

It was a little tricky to navigate the website as a non-Italian speaker, but I got it figured out with the help of Google. It was an (almost) last minute birthday gift and I was worried it might not make it in time. My order shipped from Italy to the US east coast very quickly and made it in perfect condition the morning of the birthday. I already knew what I ordered was delicious, so the gift was well received. Now I need to put in my Christmas order!

This is the best seasoning I have ever tasted! I bought it while in Italy. I made the best dishes of my life and ran out way too fast! I couldn’t get enough of that amazing flavor. I had to order more. I can’t believe I had to ship it to Utah from Italy. I wish I could get it in the states. It did come sooner than expected and I am so happy to have it for the holidays!!!!

I got mine delivered in Canada and they were delicious. I was in Italy and had a sample of nino and friends chocolate but for some reason I didn't buy any when I was there. So when I got back to Canada I was craving it but I couldn't remember the name of the chocolate I had. I went online and connected nino and friends on WhatsApp and I described the kind of chocolate I had, they sent me the link to it and I ordered 3!!!

Store great, but check seals before leaving.
Our experience in the store was delightful. Everyone was helpful. We tasted and purchased several items. Unfortunately, one of the pistachio creme jars was not completely closed (even though the paper seal between lid and jar was in place). It leaked into our suitcase and was a loss. :( So disappointing.
