Lost all hope to receive neither the order nor my monry. Its evidant that many of us has been scammed and our hard earned money has been looted - can we get some help from Trustpilot (as you have their account here)

Ninopix is a BIG SCAM!!!! Run!!!! Do not, I repeat, do not order. You will not get your product. You will not get a refund. I ordered on 5/5/25, and never received the portable TV. Their website no longer exists. Their instagram account no longer exists. I believe they may have opened under a different account name on instagram. You’ve been warned, be careful!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered 24/04/25 and never received the order. No comms, not responding to emails, website down, and tracking not moved since 27/05/25. I have no raised a fraud dispute with my bank to try and recovver the money.
