Be careful ordering from this company
My experience - ordering a light for £200+, what I received was of a very poor standard, had to email 3 times before they responded, whoever I was communicating with refused to give their name and kept referring me to their T&C's, they finally agreed to send a new fitting which as only marginally better both ended up in the bin.
Been trying to call them non stop- no answer
Emailed them 2 times - no answer
Watsup them 2 times- no answer
Shocking when I spend over £800 on December 16th and still no sign of my parcel.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Niori. Their site says you get free international delivery on orders over £99, but after I paid, they suddenly told me I needed to pay an extra £80 because of “volumetric weight.” Someone else from their team told me the surcharge was £30, so the info I got was all over the place. When I simply asked them to stick to what they advertise, they cancelled my order without me asking and then made weird claims about my behaviour that just weren’t true.
Overall, the “free delivery” promise doesn’t seem genuine, and you might end up being asked for extra charges after you’ve already paid.
Obvious quality issues – very disappointing
We ordered a floor lamp from Niori UK. We own several original Tom Dixon lamps, so we know what build quality in this price range should look like. We are fully aware that these are not Dixon lamps – but at a price of around CHF 1,200 (with discount still about CHF 900) you can and should expect a high-quality finish.
The lamp we received has clear production defects: bubbles in the glass, uneven coating and areas where the colour is already flaking off (see photos). When we reported this, Niori simply claimed that these defects were “normal” and offered no real solution, replacement or compensation.
For this price level, that is unacceptable. The quality feels more like generic products you can find on Alibaba for a fraction of the cost. On top of that, the company is based in Uk, so you do not benefit from the usual EU consumer protection standards – which becomes very clear once you try to complain.
Conclusion: poor quality and unsatisfactory customer service – I cannot recommend Niori UK.
Didn't get any information about when should I expect my package. When I sent a message to customer service they gave me a rough information but then it was all delayed and again, no information at all until I asked what's going on. I gave 2 stars because they were actually replying to my messages.
£10 delivery on £29 item. It had been 8 days and still not arrived!
