Hospital was horrible, have doctors there doing surgeries there that have no idea what there doing, false reports, make this your last option for health care

I wouldn't call it hospital. It is a "Medical center" small 3 floors building with no International recognition certification such as JCI certification, etc.

They only care about what they are expecting from you not what they will deliver to you, and that's so unprofessional.
They don't deliver what they promise.

Service is very slow & bad. especially person named Burak who is one of the sales agents in the team.
You wait too long. No English speakers

Being a physician myself I’m so impressed with the medical services and professional approach of Dr. Oktay Kumral and staff!
I did an extensive research prior to deciding on where to have my Lasik surgery done.
I’m very happy with my decision going with Dr Kumral and real pleased with the outcome of the procedure.
Also, I’m very impressed with the after care and follow up delivered by Dr Kumral and staff.
Burak, Dr Kumral assistant was so attentive to small details. He guided me step by step through this and is still in touch with me making sure of best aftercare follow up.

“I have been using reading glasses since the age of 42 for 7 years, and I was usüng 2.5 # reading glasess. My eye disorder was so advanced that I could not even see inside of my car without my reading glasses I also had a little astigmatism. I researched LASIK, that is, Laser Eye Prespiopia surgery, but all the doctors I went to told me that Ithey could not perform LASIK surgery and that I should have a Lens placement like cataract surgery. I did not want to put a lens on my eye at a young age, and after my researches that I learned that there could be a lot of side effects related to Cataract surgery, I decided not to have Lens placement (Cataract) surgery. Dr. Oktay Kumral performed a lasik eye surgery on both my eyes and got rid of my myopia in a 15-20 minute operation. I could see far as soon as the surgery was over and in fact I watched TV with no glasses and contacts when I arrived home. Amazing! The whole experience was super professional. The staff at Nisantasi Goz Merkezi and the facilities were immaculate. The expertise of Dr. Kumral is impressive, he is not only one of the first surgeons to bring laser eye technology to Turkey but also a pioneer in laser eye surgery in the world, having started in 1992. It wasn't an easy decision. I decided having the laser eye surgery in Istanbul Turkey at Nisantasi Goz Merkezi by Dr. Oktay Kumral after extensive research as our eyes are clearly super precious and I can recommend them to everyone with enthusiasm. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. When such technology and expertise exist no one should be dealing with glasses and contacts. Do not delay I say.
