The service was first class - the product was poor

The service was first class. Product received the day after order. Couldn't ask for more.

The product, a cooking timer was inacccurate - count down out by 30 secs in the hour. Might be OK for cooking but I wanted it for event timing. I sent it back.

Bought directly in the shop in Blarney Business Park and it was a nice experience. The employee was very friendly and helpful. This was a 5-star experience.
However, the delivery was not.
The delivery was not next day, and 1 Oatmeal bowl was broken.

You would have received 5 stars only…

You would have received 5 stars only that the new contact details were given when making the order and mustn't have been put on the system as when we received the order the old contact name was still been used.

Spinner is great but online ordering frustrating…

The ordered lettuce spinner is great quality and easy to use, really happy with it.

The online ordering was very frustrating as it got stuck in check out and could not be completed. Required a call to sales (with a very friendly staff member by the way) to complete the order over the phone.
