I placed an order on 5th April
I placed an order on 5th April, and it was picked up on 6th April. As of 12th April, there has been no meaningful update. Tracking shows the parcel is still stuck in Mumbai with no movement toward New Delhi.
I contacted customer support, but the response was unhelpful. The representative could only say the order is “on the way,” despite tracking indicating otherwise. When asked to escalate and coordinate with the courier, I was told escalation is possible but with no clarity on timeline or resolution.
This is disappointing, especially given the brand’s strong marketing and promises around service quality. At this point, I cannot comment on the product, but the service experience has been extremely poor.
Delays without transparency and lack of accountability raise concerns under basic consumer protection expectations regarding timely delivery and fair service. I hope this is addressed promptly.
I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter and a clear update on delivery.

Order not received and refund reduced due to undisclosed charges
I placed an order with Nish Hair on 3 December 2025.
On 4 December, I received a notification from DHL requesting payment of an unexpected £60 customs duty, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I immediately contacted both the company and DHL to cancel the order and refused delivery.
The item was never delivered, never accepted, and never used.
DHL later confirmed in writing that the customs invoice was cancelled and a full credit note was issued, meaning no customs or DHL charges were payable.
Despite this, Nish Hair has stated that they will deduct logistics and return-related charges from my refund. However, I have not been provided with clear and verifiable proof of these deductions.
It has now been around 3 months, and communication has been inconsistent, with delayed or no responses at times. The overall experience has not felt customer-friendly, especially given that the product was never received.
I am still awaiting a fair and transparent resolution.

I feel compelled to share my experience…
I feel compelled to share my experience with Nish Hair so others can make informed decisions.
As a cancer patient, wearing a wig is not simply about appearance — it is about dignity, confidence, and trying to feel normal during a very difficult journey. Because of this, I trusted Nish Hair when placing my order.
Initially, I had a positive experience dealing with Maanavee. She was exceptionally helpful and patient while assisting me with my first order. My original wig was sent earlier than the dispatch date I had clearly requested. Maanavee helped resolve that situation by arranging an exchange and issuing me a credit note so I could purchase another wig.
When placing the replacement order, I used that credit note but I also paid additional money using my debit card to cover the balance for two more items I purchased. Despite this, Nish Hair later stated that I had paid solely using the credit note, which is incorrect. I have proof of the payments I made.
I truly appreciate the effort Maanavee made to assist me and support me through the process until her last working day, as she informed me herself. Unfortunately, after she left, the level of customer service and understanding I experienced changed significantly.
When I received my replacement wig, the density and style did not suit my needs. I contacted customer support immediately while I was still in India and explained my situation, including the fact that I had very limited time before flying back overseas. Instead of receiving empathy or understanding, the responses I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude.
I was also told that multiple tickets were being created, even though I was simply replying to the same email thread each time. If their system generates new tickets from responses, that is clearly a system issue and not something the customer should be blamed for.
What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of compassion. I was not asking for anything unreasonable — just a small exception on humanitarian grounds as someone going through cancer treatment and urgently needing a suitable wig.
Businesses often speak about supporting cancer patients and empowering confidence, but real support is shown through empathy and understanding when situations like this arise.
Sadly, this entire experience has left me emotionally drained and deeply disappointed. I hope Nish Hair reflects on how situations like this are handled and how customer support communicates with vulnerable customers in the future.
include information from above briefly as the number given by Maanavee was not reachable by calls as well as they never responded via message as well which leaves you only to send them emails that auto generates new ticket as per thrir blame
Do not make this mistake, ridiculous service
Extremely ridiculous, I have been sending emails since last one whole month, repeatedly, about initiating a return as the product was not as per expectation looking at the social media and website. There has been no response at all and I emailed for the 1st time the same day I received the order to make sure. After no response at all, I initiated dispute with bank which was rejected, again useless banks being themselves. What a nightmare it has been and I see the owner all over instagram every day and ignoring customers on emails for months!!

Don’t buy online without checking in person
If you plan to buy, don’t rely on pictures or ads—better visit a store and see if it really suits your style.
The biggest drawback is their policy: no refunds, only store credit, and ₹200 deducted as shipping. Getting that credit also takes multiple follow-ups, which is frustrating.
Store credit can be used only once, in full. If your product costs less, you lose the balance; if it costs more, you must pay extra. And once you use the credit, the new product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, leaving you stuck with it.
My recommendation: Don’t buy online without checking in person. If you care about money, be cautious; if you don’t, then go ahead.
I had a verExtremely Unprofessional & Disappointing Experiencey frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with Nish Hair. I placed an order with them, only to find out days later—after making multiple follow-ups—that there would be a significant 5–6 business day delay due to a company offsite. None of this was communicated at the time of purchase. There was no notice on the website, and no email alert sent proactively.
What’s worse is that I was trying to reach out to their team multiple times:
I called repeatedly, but the number was unreachable.
I sent Instagram DMs and received no reply for days.
There is no option on their website to cancel an order even if they’re unable to deliver on time.
Due to my travel, I clearly mentioned that no one would be available to receive the package post-Saturday, yet there was no urgency from their side to resolve this. The entire experience has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and far below what one would expect from a brand in the beauty and personal care space.
If you're expecting timely delivery, clear communication, or decent customer service — look elsewhere. Truly disappointed.
