Good communication and great service

I ordered a couple of clips for my spoiler over the xmas period that were initially out of stock. I was contacted and advised as such and informed that they could be ordered from Holland however this would take an extra 2-3 days to I could take a full refund. I was not in a rush so opted to wait and asked them to proceed with the order. the clips arrive 2 days later as promised they were exactly what I ordered and the price was good, would use them again

Nissan sunny, glasse rubber run

I accessed the site with the original part references and I really found it on the page, I placed the order, the site showed that I had it available because I gave the order, later I made the payment via PayPal, everything in order and running smoothly in the end getting everything in a condition ... Within a few days I receive an email from a representative saying that nothing is possible and regretting that I was unable to deliver the order because the parts I selected and paid for because the website said it was available , these same parts are already discontinued and out of production. It was a very unpleasant situation for me, on the website showing and saying that it is available and that there is and in fact in physical stock there is not, nor never had it before, nor can it be possible to find a way to arrange the pieces wanted

Parts not in stock will not come

Ordered a part in februari 2020 (before Corona), but nothing got delivered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because of Corona shipping delays, but now the paypal limit for refunds have passed, and no response whatsoever on refunding the money for a part they never delivered. No response on mails for the refund either. After this review was written, the refund has been processed. Seems still like a legit shop, but make sure the parts you need are available before buying!

Awful service when it comes to return…

Awful service when it comes to return prosse...no reply and I have to open a case through PayPal to get my refund..you need to consider all this before buying that no one going to know you after sale..indeed awful experience.the item never opened and within 14 days still want to take 20% fees and no communication

Payed for rush shipping on two gaskets…

Payed for rush shipping on two gaskets shown to be in stock... 2 weeks went by I sent an email to find out nothing had shipped as one was out of stock... Appon arrival the gaskets were shipped in an envelope and broken. Maybe because I didn't spend loads of money I got bad treatment?! None the less very frustrating.

Sorry for your poor experience. Nothing shows in stock, as we draw stocks from Nissan in the UK and around the world. If you'll give us another chance, please let me know any part numbers and I'll gladly check them for stock in advance of any order.

We shouldn't be shipping gaskets in envelopes, that's our mistake. If you can email me at mike@endonservices.co.uk with your order number I'll replace the broken one.

My order was damaged during shipment but a quick e-mail got me a replacement with better packaging at no extra cost.
Fast, friendly and actually genuine products.
Highly recommend!
