AVOID. 4 WEEKS AFTER ORDER WHICH WE WERE TOLD WOULD BE WITH US IIN 2 WORKING DAYS WE STILL HAVE NO NEWS.

This guy is a con man who would sell his grandma down the river for 99p! I made my order on 6th April and it's being delivered today, I'm tracking how many stops as i write this. Don't put up with it, make sure you get what you've paid for or a refund, just do what i did. Don't stop ringing his phone, if it goes to messages then just leave no message for 20 seconds or so then hang up and ring again! Also make sure you message him on that mobile number, just bombard him with messages telling him you're not going away and you're contacting trading standards. If you lose patience and feel like leaving it, DON'T! Ring the debit card fraud dept of your bank and tell them it's an unrecognised transaction, say you've tried contacting him and they just hang up, they will instantly refund your money and better still they will investigate the gimp for visa fraud, the last thing he needs, tell him what you're going to do and believe me he will move quicker than a nuns first curry to sort it out! :) good luck everyone

AVOID THIS COMPANY - I PLACED AN ORDER IN MARCH 26TH AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIEVD IT - THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY AND REFUSE TO REPLY TO EMAILS.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, this is a scam.... I placed an order at the start of April for face masks and hand sanitizer. The money came out of my account straight away. I rang them on the 15th and was told that if i hadn't received my order by Friday 17th i could have a refund........ That didn't happen. I rang again on the 20th, this time i was told (by a different person) another order will be sent out by Royal Mail on 48hrs..... I didn't receive anything. I rang again on the 29th, spoke to another different person and they told me that they will check with DHL...... and get a tracking number and call me back.... That didn't happen either. Also why say Royal Mail.... then DHL... Tried ringing several times today but a voice says "he's on another line " ....... It's one hell of a long conversation!!!!!!!!!

I ordered hand sanitizer which said in stock and a 2-3 day shipping time on the 26th march and it finally came 3 weeks after they claimed it shipped. 2 weeks after they replied to my email 3rd email, after I complained on their Facebook page, saying it had definitely shipped and another reply to my email asking for a refund a week later, again after claiming it had shipped. Guess what? The shipping was royal mail 48hrs. It was only shipped this week. My guess is they were waiting for stock themselves. They refused to give a refund for the past 2 weeks claiming it had been sent already. Avoid

Ordered face masks and hand gel 22 days ago, order never arrived, I have asked for a refund but am just told its an issue with royal mail. I wish I had read all the reviews on this company before ordering! It's not nice to be scammed, and in the middle of a pandemic it's pretty disgusting.

Update ...five months later still no delivery!!!

I ordered hand gel a month ago, luckily I only paid £10, I have had an email saying my order is now complete but still haven't received anything. They took my money straight away and I've emailed 6 times now and haven't got any response at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered 3 x Hand Gel on 27th March which said was in stock so I went ahead with order. £15. 96 taken from my account.........still waiting for order to arrive.
I have since emailed this company to cancel my order and a refund asap.....not even an acknowledgement. Think I can say bye bye to my refund or goods.

I have placed order on 28/03/2020 and item should delivered in 2-3 business days but still i have not received and there is no communication.

how to cancel the item or get refund?

Edited as another 5 days Still not received my order , I realise there will be delays but I can't afford for money to be debited with nothing to show for it, I've had no reply back , common courtesy would be nice

I ordered hand gels 4 weeks ago costing me £100!! They told me 2 weeks ago they was with Royal Mail I asked for a tracking number and they haven’t replied avoid this company!!

I placed an order on 3/3/20 it is now 4/4/20 and has not arrived.
I ordered it from go groupie .
I spoke to Go Groopie and they got in touch with Nitaar who sent me through them a tracking number for a company of deliverers called "Whistle" The email said that it was delivered to the Royal Mail in early March!!!
I called Royal Mail and spoke to a representative who told me that this tracking number was not valid and proceeded to check the Carriers Whistle website and enter the number, the result was that even Whistle website did not recognise this number.
This is surely illegal and would advise anyone NOT to deal with this company.

I placed two separate orders with Nitaar - one order did not arrive at all, and only part of the other order make it. I needed to proactively contact them for a replacement or refund.

The hand gel I bought had typed labels on as though it had been decanted from a larger container.. not entirely sure what was in it but hope it provides some form of protection

The parcel arrived on time but the product is very flimsy

So cheap. Just junk. No use.

Please dont buy from here. The masks arrived and they were dirty and smelled like they came from a zoo. Terrible that people exploit the vulnerable.

Quality of product doesnt match with description or even photo. Waste of money
