17 hours ive been waiting for an update, this isnt how you run a server host and they removed person to person and hide behind ai support

Nobody was able to help me after misleadingly offering a server without stating its RAM allocation. Thankfully Alissa eas a really helpful employee and processed everything within minutes. Truly a savior, you don't pay her enough

I have a core keeper server with Nitrado, my server takes almost 20 minutes each time to restart which really sucks. Nitrado are apparently looking into the issue but its literally been days now with no change.
Apparently trust pilot doesnt allow replies to replies i will update the message, I did try and contact customer service but i hit a wall with the AI chat and it wouldnt let me submit a ticket via the site.

I had a problem with my 7DTD Server after restart (never touch a running system...).
After skipping the KI called FIN, Supporter Nils T. contacted me and solved my problem. He was very friendly and patient. And he made our day because now we can play again with our friends.
Edin K was super friendly and got straight to assisting me with my issues. Even though I ended up figuring the solution, Edin was busy checking logs etc to see if there was any reason why not and had plenty of helpful suggestions.

I felt appreciated and felt that the questions I had were answered, understood and taking time in to really resolving it. Also felt that I'd have a way to continuing resolve it after the matter. So not left alone. Even the AI guided me well in the beginning. But the Customer Service was extremely well received and appreciated!
We had a server that we had already decided not to continue with, and auto-renew was turned off. So it was quite a surprise when they charged us for another month anyway.
I contacted support and was told that, due to “high demand” (as always), someone would respond within a few hours. This was through their online chat system. About three hours later an agent logged in, waited roughly ten minutes, and then closed the ticket claiming there was no new information. They clearly hadn’t read the issue at all—just closed it.
I tried repeatedly to get a proper response, but each time they simply repeated that refunds are not available if more than 14 days have passed since the server was set up. That wasn’t the issue. The problem was that payment had been taken when auto-renew had been disabled.
When I finally did receive a reply, the tone was rude and dismissive. The whole experience made it clear that I would not use them again due to the lack of support and professionalism.
Update:
It’s concerning that less than 24 hours after raising the issue — and after this review — the details still appear to have been missed. Everything required to understand the problem is already in the ticket history.
At this point I’m not going to keep repeating the same information. The support provided so far has been sub-par and a complete waste of time.
Hopefully this is something you review internally, because the current process makes getting meaningful support unnecessarily difficult and the responses received so far have been lacklustre at best.

I use Nitrado to host game server for playing with friends. Service mostly works fine and server usually stable. They provide hosting for many multiplayer games like Minecraft, ARK, and DayZ which is useful for gamers.
But sometimes setup and settings little confusing for new users. Support helpful but response not always fast. Price also feel bit high compared to some other options. Overall experience okay, not bad but also not perfect.

Had a difficult time getting a server setup with an unstable version - the AI chatbot led me in circles + made me confirm 3 times I wanted to talk to a human but the human I did manage to get in touch with (Sergio) was an incredible support agent and quickly took care of my issue once I got through.
Awesome personal support (Ali Abadallan), my problem got solved in no time. The Ai Bot didn‘t help at all and was just a waste of time.
