I subscribed to nitro mid summer time…

I subscribed to nitro mid summer time (u.k) and all was great until I accidentally press boost on a different server, I have 3 servers i play on with the same name, different maps. I wasn't able to boost my server since September 2025. I have sent in pictures of proof of subscription, bank statements showing they are still taking my money, proof that it is still active. I have since stopped payments. Maybe 10 emails back and fourth basically telling the same over and over and are delaying my refund. Customer service is not satisfactory. Do not buy, if you do, pay it with your cc as they will get your money back. But honestly is it worth it? No it is not...
