It seems like it is a very frustrating…

It seems like it is a very frustrating fraud.
I regret getting enrolled.
1-It seemed as if they'll have an option for monthly payment, but it is annually.

2- if it is gov. Funded then why fee? Digiskills don't charge you a penny for any of their courses.

3- they don't reply the emails.

4- They don't have their contact number on their website, only on social media pages

5- they never attend phone calls.

6- no support, no contact.

7- they said free laptops for students securing 85% above, but getting deeper after looking at the reviews, their terms and conditions say as if the laptops will be loaned, and we have to use it only for the educational purposes otherwise it will be taken back, and also any damage to the laptop shall be sort of fined. So it will still be their property, and we'll pay for the damages.

But when you see general terms of services, you don't see this actual stuff. But when you go here and there and deeper into options there this thing is written.

8- No refund if you don't want to. Gov. Courses would generally have refund option.

9- The videos seem like as if a random, self-taught guy is is making them. No intro, no sequence, just here and there, no proper instructions at all. The first impression is the intro, which is not there, then you observe the wallpaper of the computer screen, and you can see, a legit instructor won't have "cool dark facial " wallpapers rather something more related to the course and website.

(I have unfortunately enrolled in its Graphic designing course, which I already had completed on digiskills which was an excellent experience)

🚨 Public Alert for Students and…

🚨 Public Alert for Students and Freelancers in Pakistan 🚨

I want to warn everyone about a suspicious online platform named National IT Skills Expansion Program (NITSEP)

They claim to be a Government of Pakistan–affiliated training initiative, offering courses like Full Stack Web Engineer and Freelancing Skills.
However, after paying the registration fee of PKR 5400, only a few lectures were available, and most modules were locked.
Their official contact number (042-32345281) is continuously switched off, and no email or support response is received.

Upon checking with official sources, it appears that NITSEP is not recognized by the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication (MoITT) or any government agency.
This suggests possible fraud, misrepresentation, and misuse of government identity to deceive students.

I have submitted an official complaint to the FIA Cyber Crime Wing (Peshawar Zone) for investigation.
If you or anyone you know has also been affected, please come forward and file your own complaint to FIA

We must protect students from such deceptive programs and ensure accountability.
Together we can stop such online scams from exploiting the name of the government.

"Fake Deadline Strategy – Dates Keep Changing!"

> I applied thinking the last date was 21st July, as clearly mentioned on their official website. But when I visited again on 22nd July, the deadline was magically extended to 22 July — with no explanation or update.

This is a typical scam strategy to create fake urgency and collect more money. Legitimate organizations don't play these tricks with students.

Please be careful. This platform is misleading, unverified, and operates without transparency. Don’t fall for their so-called "free laptop" or "government-backed" claims.

Fraud, please don't purchase any course!

I purchased their course and a girl contacted me on WhatsApp asking for confirmation of course enrollment, I refused due to some personal conditions.
She shared email to contact for fees withdrawal, I sent email and suddenly they enrolled me in the course after my email against my wish.
They are not even government backed, I am regretting taking their courses!

I enrolled in graphic design course…

I enrolled in graphic design course with NITSEP and paid fee etc. My observations are as follows:
1. The quality of recorded videos are of very low quality, teaching giveaway was at the lowest level.
2. Teaching content was mostly like a junior tutors and most of video length was waste of time.
3. I faced some technical issues and lodged complaint through their complaint system, which were never replied during the whole 1 year period. I managed to find their helpline number, and called. The person who attended was not the relevant and could not provide any solution. He/she provided me an email of their finance department to send my complaint which I did. After my three emails, I got a reply that I should provide them user id, pwd, and other details. I refused to provide by saying they already have my credentials and should resolve problem at their end.
4. Lastly, after getting a soft copy of my certificate which carried a url to verify it but url did not work. I emailed them verification for which they again asked a certificate number which was not printed on soft copy.
Opinion: The organisation may or may not be a scam but it is proved to be very pathetic and waste of time and even a small amount.

Avoid NITSEP – Complete Scam Alert

I regret wasting my time and money on NITSEP. This platform presents itself as a professional course provider, but in reality, it is poorly managed and lacks integrity. Here's why you should steer clear:

Outdated Course Content: The videos and materials provided are 5-6 years old, and no effort has been made to update them. The content is a mix of English and Urdu, which makes it confusing and inconsistent.

No Certification Process: Despite completing the course requirements, there is no proper option to apply for a certificate. It feels like they are just after your money without any intention of delivering value.

Stuck Progress Percentage: Even after completing lessons, the progress bar doesn't move beyond 84%, leaving you in limbo without any explanation or support.

Terrible Customer Support: When you reach out for help, you either get no response or vague, unhelpful replies. They clearly don’t care about their students.

Scam Practices: They lure people in with promises of professional courses and certificates, but once they get your money, you're left with outdated, low-quality content and no way to prove you've completed the course.

Final Thoughts: Stay away from NITSEP. It’s a scam that takes advantage of people's time, effort, and money. Look for reputable platforms with transparent policies and up-to-date content.
I have 7months of experience with this platform.

NITSEP IS A SCAM USING GOVERNMENTS NAME

NITSEP IS A SCAM
Hey Yall, long story short, I heard about it online, they were teaching some really good IT Skills for free, free of cost, that's why I was interested, but as always, I did my research and found out they were doing scam but I didn't really believed much and still applied in it, after getting selected they told me about Fees, they said its a minor fees and its not of courses but their own internet expenses ETC, they wanted me to pay a fee annually (only once) which was 5400, (they said each course fee is 450 and I have to pay it once) I asked them if I can apply my fee monthly? like 450RS every month but they denied it also they said fee is not refundable, because of such an experience I didn't continue my admission, its not about money, 450 every month 5400 annually is nothing, its just about them, I don't feel good from them, they are using Governments name to scam, Also the length of the courses they mentioned is 12 months, which is a lot, usually such courses length are from 3 to 6 months MAX, they said its a 12months course because they just wanted annual fee and nothing
