Yes defo a real bad company - my husband ordered XXL sized tracksuit bottoms - they are so small they fit myself a size 10 and I add that they are of a very low quality too!

I have given him a lesson in how to check out online retailers that you have never heard of and to always pay by PayPal or a credit card.

In essence we are a world of thieves in plain sight and there are so many we can’t stop those who set up to lure and deceive as many people as possible before they have to change their name and then set up again and start to scam again.

I believe that if we check out whom you are paying before we buy then the decent online retailers will survive and thrive and we get rid of the highly sophisticated scammers - I personally always see if there is another more known retailer selling the same product such as Amazon who have an excellent record of accepting returns of you are not satisfied!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing from Niuners! Forget all their online splashes promising "FREE RETURNS" and "QUALITY GUARANTEES" - There's no way to contact them and they don't even return your emails. This is a scam site with dodgy products that don't match the descriptions. If you really can't resist the 'too good to be true', then at least pay with Paypal as they're the only way you're going to getv your money back!!!

I shopped with mailshop online and bought 2 smart watches 1 is ok and the second one only works for 24hrs before the battery dies. I have tried to contact the company through their email link, to ask for a refund or replacement, and I have had no reply at all and when I put my order number in there is no order found the company that used shop on line is NIUNERS.COM who were using this platform

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I Struggled to find any feedback online before purchase so hoping this will help any other potential buyers looking for honest feedback. I knew the minute I opened the ‘lidar robot hoover’ that I had been sold down the river and tried to start the ‘full refund’ process straight away. The product you receive is not what was being advertised. No intelligent charging unit for a start, it’s actually AA battery powered. The tiny piece of fur for washing floors was not much bigger than a stamp and had no way of actually attaching to the machine. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a full refund since. First they offered 20% discount then 30% then 40% and finally £19 as they said it would be too difficult to process a return and refund. They also offered me to chose something else from their site, anything but the refund I kept requesting. Absolute scam, please do not waste your time and money. Very surprised and disappointed that YouTube would allow this kind of scam company to advertise on their platform.

Absolutely useless ‘intelligent’ robot vacuum. Does none of what is stated on the advert. Does not suck up dog hairs. Does not cross a 2mm door threshold trim. Had to fight to get my money back. You can buy these on Ali Express for £0.83. Luckily I used PayPal so they got me a refund. DO NOT BOTHER. Complete waste of money

Scam company constantly putting ads on YouTube. They advertise that the eye glasses they sell can change to anyones prescription automatically when you put them on which is technically impossible. Scam detection websites say it's extremely suspect and not to be trusted.
