Awful customer relations, terrible delivery experience, however great products.

I found Nivenandjoshua hoping it would be the luxury male grooming company it presented itself as, however i was wrong.
I waited a MONTH for a small delivery which was expected 3-5 working days. Yes it was a peak time (november) but i wasn't even given notification of the items not being available.
I ordered a few items, one which was out of stock and said it would be with me after the other products, this was fine as it was 6 weeks until Xmas Day. However this didn't happen, i wasn't notified either.
I called numerous times, left numerous answer phone messages, and only spoke to an advisor TWICE. On on occaision the lady who answered the phone managed to answer all my questions without even asking my order number, or name. Lazy lazy lazy generic answering.
After speaking to a male worker a few weeks later my order finally arrived. Although a satisfactory answer wasn't given and he wasn't helpful either.
It is not the level of service you expect from a company who appear to be a luxury type brand.

All this being said, the products, Mr Natty's beard oil and Comb, (and others of a similar vein) are of a great quality and are thoroughly enjoyed by my partner.
I would shop here again, but only if time wasn't an issue and i couldn't find the products elsewhere.
Sorry!

Male grooming at its absolute best.

After spending years watching my partner spend countless hours applying makeup and skin treatments I would of never thought it was possible I would be paying more attention to my skin than her!

After talking to a colleague who said that he had been using anti aging cream and myself noticing a difference after a few weeks use I decided to look on the internet in attempt to keep my 'baby face' I stumbled across Nivenandjoshua and was blown away by all the treatments available for a gentlmen. I first started by ordering the Anthony Logistics Anti-Ageing Starter kit which arrived the VERY next day. The product was everything it stated and more.

Now I order all my grooming products from Niven and Joshua and I can say this company exceeds EVERYTHING that a company should offer.

There for I give Nivenandjoshua.com 5 stars.
