The typical sale shop where they sale their product and once sold there is no Post Sale Service after that. If i had know this before I would never bought a insurance policy from them.
I purchased an insurance policy through Mnivesh, an advisor connected to Beshak.org, and was directly assisted by Vilakshan Bhutani. Initially, everything seemed very professional and reassuring. Vilakshan and the team spoke very sweetly, constantly promising that they would be available “at any point of time” for support.
But the moment the policy was sold, they disappeared. No follow-up, no responses to messages or calls – just complete silence. It’s as if their only goal was to close the sale and earn their commission.
There is zero after-sales service, and despite all their promises, I’ve been left to handle everything on my own. This is not what I expected from a platform that promotes itself as a provider of unbiased and helpful insurance advice.
If you're thinking about using Mnivesh, Beshak.org, or working with Vilakshan Bhutani, I strongly suggest reconsidering. Once the policy is sold, you’re on your own.
