SCAM

- On 20/07/2025, I placed an order for 2 items on the website nivra.pt, for a total value of €99.9, with payment made by MBway. I received automatic order confirmation and payment confirmation emails, so everything seemed within normal parameters.
- However, when I received the “order dispatch” email sent via the Shopify domain, I realized that the shipment was not made from Portugal, but from **China**, contrary to what the site communicates to consumers.
- This detail alerted me to the possibility of fraud, given that the site advertises the sale of items created and manufactured in Portugal.
- On 21/07/2025, I tried to contact the seller:
- By **private message on Instagram (@nivra.braga)** - no reply.
- By email to the store's official contact - no reply.
- After investigating the store's Instagram profile, I saw that there were **several comments from other consumers** reporting that they had been scammed - a situation I was unaware of at the time of purchase.

In view of these facts, I believe there is strong evidence of fraud on the part of the **NIVRA.PT** store, which looks like a Portuguese company but operates in a deceptive and non-transparent manner.

After identifying the possible scam, I carried out an online search and found other websites with an appearance, structure and communication strategies very similar to nivra.pt, which leads me to believe that this may be a wider fraudulent operation, with the reuse of identical platforms and schemes to deceive consumers:
