The frame freezes & stops working

The frame freezes & stops working. It completely quite on me but Martin-customer service rep helped me figure it out. It does play same photo's over & over even though I have over 250 pictures loaded & designated to play every one of them. That's frustrating! I have had problems with the frame since it was given to me from my husband as a Christmas present

I Got a second hand Nixplay device and…

I Got a second hand Nixplay device and i cannot pair it with my phone for me to able to use it at home, i ended up reaching up to them to help me out on how to use it,
Good thing Joe of Nixplay was able to help me out every step of the way! He is very helpful and did not left me hanging until i have a full access on my device.
Now, i am able to show my beloved pictures of family thru Nixplay frame at my Home! Thanks Nixplay for a great customer support sevice!

I purchased a Nixplay frame for my 96…

I purchased a Nixplay frame for my 96 year old mother as a Christmas gift to replace a frame that had burned out after several years. After a few weeks, the new frame began failing to turn on at the designated times, and when it did turn on, it would shut off again after a short period.
I contacted Nixplay via email and was given instructions for troubleshooting the issue. One of the representatives who assisted me was CY. When I explained that I was unable to implement the suggested steps immediately, he kept the ticket open and patiently waited for my follow up.
After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, CY authorized a replacement frame to be sent to me.
The new frame works perfectly, and my mother truly enjoys looking at photos of her grandchildren.
Thank you, CY, and Nixplay, for the excellent customer support.

I recently had a problem accessing my App and Frame

I recently had a problem accessing my Nixplay App and a few issues with the frame too. I emailed Nixplay customer services and received great help and advice. The App and the Frame problems were resolved without delay. All running smoothly once more.
Special thanks to Par who was very patient and efficient.

I had a problem getting photos from the legacy files

I had a problem getting photos from Legacy to active albums. Emailed Nixplay and they responded promptly asking for some additional information. Once I sent the information, I received an email from Joe at Nixplay with detailed instructions within 5 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow and solved my problem.

We tried a couple of options, then Nix suggested using a different brouser (Microsoft Edge this time).

Sorry, was good but now the service is not fit for purpose

I have had my Nixplay frame for a few years. I also bought frames for my family so we could share photos on the frames.
I decided on Nixplay because even though they are pricey it gave you free storage and the ability to shate albums.
However from last year, you now have to pay to have any useable storage and the ability to share more than 1 album!
So I paid, and what a disappointment! The so claimed top notch editing suite is little more than an image tweaker and the interface has become unuseable because it is not allowing me to download my images to my computer or phone! I have emailed customer services and received no reply.
I want to download all my images so I can change my frame to another make as I will not be renewing my sibscription. I wonder why the option of downloading your photos has disappeared, hmmmm.
Update:
Customer service got back to me stating you cannot download albums, only legacy content. And it takes up to 48 hours for the link to be emailed to you for that legacy album. I have been waiting for 5 days no link has materialised.
They also suggested that I could save each picture one by one by right clicking the image, yes of course I am going to do that for over 700 images...not. i want the file with the images I uploaded, not a low resolution copy.
How can they say they are storing your photos when you cannot get them back?

Par's Patience and Perserverance

I cannot say enough about how patient and attentive Par has been in helping me solve issues that stemmed from a mistake I made when I tried to subscribe to Nixplay Plus membership for a friend. After quite a few emails, Par was able to guide me through the process that solved the problem. Everyone is happy now. The recipient is now able to view many, many fotos that include her husband who recently passed away. So this truly meant a lot to all of us.
