I have used your services and products…
I have used your services and products and have always been satisfied.
But was not the case when I oredered bitter leaves and editing. I had a box delivered to me yesterday. The contained an order note of Efirin and Ewuro ie Bitter leaves.
There are 3 bunchies of bitter leaves which is correct. There was no Efirin in the box at all, though I paid for and expected 6 bunches of Efirin too.
Very disappointing.
I hope to receive the Efirin leaves or my money back. It's not on at all.

We are sorry that your order of Efirin leaves could not be delivered as expected. However, Efirin is one of the preorder vegetables we sell and it states on the product page that it could take up to 4 weeks to arrive to the customer. This was due to the fact that our suppliers only deliver this leaves based on availability because of issues at the border with screening and checks by customs. Every time this happens, fresh bunch of vegetables have to be reimported weekly until it clears the checks by the customs.
We tried to contact you via calls and left multiple emails explaining the situation and keeping you updated, however there was no answer nor response from your side.
Nonetheless, we have since issued a complete refund for the Efirin leaves. We would be more than happy to further assist you, should you need anything from us.
We apologise once again for this inconvenience and are looking forward to serving you better in the future.

I had a terrible experience with the fresh vegetables I ordered cuz they came in pretty bad shape and when I complained, my money was refunded and apologies made. The other dry products I ordered were what I expected and I was happy. They’re very quick to respond and solve your problem. Their customer service is really great. A mixed bag but good customer service
Update: have had several calls from Niyis explaining why the meat items were delivered the way that they were and I'm satisfied with the explanation. I was also refunded for the cost of the chin chin. The food and meat products are great, although some of the items were smaller than I expected for the price. However I wasn't happy with the vague delivery time given - from 7am to 6pm. Luckily someone was home to recieve the order. A more specific time slot needs to be given. Also, the chin chin I ordered had a nasty taste, as if it had been stored near something with a strong odour. Finally the cow skin should have been cut into smaller, flatter pieces rather than in rolls: they were a nightmare to cut up.

Please allow us to try and explain a few things to you.
We use ParcelForce as our courier partner and they organise their deliveries the way it works best for them. We can’t ask them to deliver at a specific time. However, we do agree that normally they give an estimated one hour time slot for delivery, which is much more convenient than a generic 7am to 6pm, as you describe. So please allow us to apologize that this was not the case in your situation. We can only imagine that they had a very busy schedule that day and were unable to give a better estimated time.
Regarding the chin chin, we are not sure what happened. The chin chin comes in their own container and we do not pack them in our warehouse, so the contents are not tempered with by us. They are also stored in our snack section, which shouldn’t contain any strong odour products. However, we will send you an email to further investigate this and try to find out what happened. Apologies for this as well!
Finally, we do not process meat in our warehouse. We sell the meat in its original package from our suppliers. Therefore, we are unable to change the size of the cuts. However, we can definitely ask our supplier to cut it in smaller sizes for us. Thank you for your feedback!
In the future, if you prefer to have the meat cut in smaller pieces than what we shipped for you, it is always easier to cut it up once it is cooked, rather than before.
We hope this helps make the situation clearer for you, but as always we are happy to respond to any other question or concerns you might have.
