So the website have a lot to do. You can deposit your crypto. Please read all rules. I have done it , they do not reply, all withdrawals are staying PENDING for no apearent reason. They keep giving you "RANDOM DROP" and "Cashback" but they do not finish you transactions.
If you write them e-mail they do not reply, if you write in customer support they don't respond. They ignore you for the sake of trouble that they could get in to. There is a rule: That all these random DROPS you get you can only Withdrawal if you deposit as much as you got from Random drops. They try to cap you out so that you won't ever be able to withdrawal anything and they will just keep your hard worked money.

This place is a complete scam business and the so called support in the live chat are worthless. I only received an answer a few times through their chat and when I did it was only after at least a half hour to several hours later. The rest of my inquiries were never answered at all. And when I asked about my withdrawal several times because I never received it, I was "banned" from their website. Of course convenient for them that I am owed money. I've got screenshots and downloads of the unanswered chats from these scumbags.

2 weeks ago I decided to put in first I think it's 30 USDT for the first free roulette, I bet it and lost it. After a few days I decided to put 100USDT to bet and be able to give the next bonus roulette, and I still lost them in bets. Everything is normal there. Then I put in 500USDT to play blackjack. On that occasion I came out with profits of 4000USDT and I wanted to withdraw my profits but first it would have to be 200USDT because that's the daily limit when you're the lowest range. The next day I try to log in, and when I try to log in I get a message that my account was BANNED for life, without reason or explanation. I had to contact email to get an answer; Their response was that I owed $3,000 for damages to the casino and for being a scammer and they would sue me. I immediately replied that it is impossible to hack an online game and even less a game where the betting is live with a dealer. What they said makes no sense at all. They went on to argue that it was a mistake on their platform, that the balance between the blackjack and casino accounts didn't match. I told them that this was their problem and that they have to take care of solving that, because I was only going to withdraw 200USDT which was what I left because remember that I deposited more than 600USDT. But instead of fixing their mistake and their problem they decided to ban me because of a mistake from them, and I got nothing. They kept my money that I legally earned and deposited and they haven't answered my email for 1 week. I recommend people not to gamble on these types of new pages as these things happen often and they try to wash their hands of stealing money from their customers. I will send the report to the authorities and the police and I will show all the evidence so that this case goes to court, and thanks to this garbage page that they are simply SCAMMERS.

Going to have to wait 6 days to withdraw my balance since I thought I could trust this website. They tell you "oh it depends on level!" with a really poorly done system that is based on weeks and months that don't add up whatsoever. They of course wont tell you the criteria for levels because its not even a real system. But hey, prove me wrong, allow me to withdraw my balance, and ill remove my review. Company policy isn't law and even if it was I'm sure this casino does not care about it. Their reply sort of gives clarity, they wont even answer my question in their reply.

I do not recommend to play here. They have limits for withdrawals like 200 usd a day, and 400 usd a week. So if you win 3800 usd you have to wait almost 2 months to collect, thats insine! Tactic of them is that you play your balance out. After a withdrawal you have to wait 24 hours to make another, keeping in mind of the weekly limit!
