Purchased domain, everything was working fine for one month, until the domain went into hold for no reason. contacted support, took very long to reply.

This service is total scam.

Steal domains without notice and not aswer. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Those guys are claiming that one of our domains abused their tos , after they STOLEN 10 of our domains and they show their advertisements on them now.

You must avoid them!

Terrible service.
We bought a domain for our new web3 game project and after pointing our domain to cloudflare and havent even launched the website. However njal.la cancelled our domain without any notice during first 12 hours.
We asked for a refund and were informed that we broke terms of service.
So I bought a domain and I broke terms of service.
This is wrong and sounds like a very unprofessional way of stealing peoples money.

Crooks. the reviews here are VERY real. My site was up for as total of 2 days then went totally blank. Nothing wrong on the host end. Tickets do NOT get replies at all. This is a total scam, stay away. They take your money then steal your domain. Too bad I lost an amazing domain name to these pieces of garbage..

honest review about njalla after having my domains with them and after reading all the other peoples comments trashing on them

they're great, you get what you pay for, your paying for them to register your domain and provide you the ability to use the domain anonymously as they register it in their name.

here's what people don't understand - njalla isnt a free ticket to go host your p*rn, pharma, illegal websites with them or with a domain that is owned by them. if you do s**t expect to be deactivated as they still have to comply with laws too. they're pretty lenient in some areas, but use a brain and if it's obviously gonna get them in trouble its probably best to check with them first..i can almost guarantee all these other reviews are by someone that broke their rules and are crying because they got deactivated from their free crypto scam.

if your looking for a registrar for your personal domain just because you wanted a domain maybe you couldn't get or the registry mandates you have to have whois public etc. this is a great service. no bulls*it.

basically, if your a a*s to them expect to be treated the same way back. other than that will use again. great to have a company with some brains these days.

Support is not working. Did't get answer for my ticket. Ticket was closed by njal.la. Everyday you need to start your VPS manually through website, because it always switch off by itself. Support didn't solve this problem. This service should cost minimum 2 times lower. Do not recommend.

Stole 4 my domains. Can't manage them. Two domains wasn't pointed to any website.

Pleas stay away... They stole two of my domains as well. Renewed my domain for two years and bought an extra also for two years. Shortley after they where blocked without explanation and the customer service just told me "You know what you did.." etc.

The NJALLA provider steals domains and then sells at auctions. I had 2 domains stole. In the control panel shows that the deadline has expired. I received letters to the email, but they fell into the spam folder, and did not see for this. I cannot manage and extend the domains, I have functions blocked. I check the domain in the Whois domain, and there is information that the domains are extended for another year. Maybe I still extended? And forgot? Or they themselves extended and took them. But they do not have the right, since I still had a whole month to extend the domain, but they do not give me the opportunity to extend. The only thing they told me is "why do you need these domains? What would you do?" And after my answer, they tell me that your answer is not very honest.

They just blocked my account for selling sneakers. I cant manage any of my domains. The Contact support is very rude and answer me with : ''Tell me what do you want to do with your domains, be honest btch'''.

THEY STEAL YOUR DOMAINS!!!!

They suspended my domain with no reason... When I asked the support why, they answered with me with "If you send us new support email we will share your real IP address to police".
My domain was with a crypto token... nothing ilegal !

All the reviews you're reading about njal.la stealing domains are true.
I have 2 domains with them, one of them was almost 10 years old. No issues, until suddenly one day my website didn't work.
As other says, you can access your dashboard but you can't manage your domains.
Once I opened a ticket, they took 15 hours to simply say: "Blocked due to breach of terms."
That's all, I asked for a reason with no success.
My domain is lost, I guess they will just re-sell it for a higher price.
So my advice: avoid Njalla at all cost. If you have a domain there, move it asap to a real domain name registrar.
Also avoid their VPS: extremely slow.

They shut down my server for which I paid for 3 months and banned me, the servers were constantly crashing and I was creating a support request, and at the end they said that they would not produce a solution and cursed me.

You should definitely stay away from this company!

They stole my web domain which was webcamlevel.com and it is clearly not a company but a person stealing domains.
I wrote that because it didn't work or they gave me my domain and the only answer is "you know why, don't play" a response from a person and not a company, clearly they are stealing.
He never answered me again
Do not buy your domains on this page for nothing.

Guys don't trust this SCAM register.

They will allow to buy domains, but one day are yours domain and the other say not anymore.

I lost 10 domains with them, i can acess to my dashboard but i can't "manage" none of it.

And they don't answer back in the support chat (i have tried to contact them for like 2 weeks).

They are sh**, don't trust them.

The exact same issue as the other guy : they changed my dns and never answered my tickets. They're keeping all my domains, thank God im not hosting any serious domain there.

I have 5 domains in their system currently. About one week ago, I found 2 of my sites stopped counting traffic, and after checking, the reason is that their DNS was changed .

I checked all my emails, they've never send any emails about it to me before.

and then I found I lost control to all my domains in Njala, I couldn't do any editing to them, so I tried to contact them via support ticket, and they never reply.

So I have to try everything else I can. I found their twitter account so I posted the same questions under their tweet.

Guess what? They blocked me~~~!!!!

I totally have no idea why they treat their client like this~~~!

I thought maybe I did something wrong, maybe I have problem with my tune, so I tried again by submitting another ticket.

This time, they replied:

---Yeah, you can move them all to another registrar that would like to help with your sh***t.
(This is the original word)

What the hell~~~~!!!!!

Though I am not native speaker, I am able to feel that it's very impolitely, feels like they hate me so much.

For God sake, what is going on~!!

I have no idea why, and I am feeling I am losing all these domains, which I've invested at least 700$ on them (purchasing domains and investing on site SEO).

That's the story and the whole story, I didn't hide anything （except my domains）.

I don't know why they treat their customers like this and I don't know how to get my domains back.

I will never use their "service" again.
