We finally decided to have our master bedroom closet done after 3 years of moving into our town house. I am so glad that I was recommended to Carlos. He and his father did a fabulous job. Its nice to finally have everything organized. Next job- my daughter's reach-in closet.

Carlos did a fantastic job with my custom walk-in closet and a standard linen closet. He was very patient when I wanted changes to the mock up and always answered the many questions I had. Installation was quick, took less than a day, and he was careful to not leave a mess behind. I've received so many compliments on my closets and I definitely would recommend Carlos to my friends and family.

Carlos did very good job. Everything was done on time and my closet turned out perfect. Great response time, communication and affordable prices. Highly recommend.

I got 5 quoted from various closet companies and I am very happy with my choice. From the initial consultation to the installation the process was flawless. Dana (the designer) listen to what I needed. She was efficient and knowledgeable. Quote was reasonable- not the lowest or the highest. We tweaked the design a couple of times until we perfected it.
Carlos came to my house to confirm measurements and get deposit.
Installation, after two weeks, went without a glitch. My house was build in 1902 so it is hard to find a straight angle. It takes craftsmanship to work in these old houses but it did not stop Carlos.
Some of the reviews and feedback I got during my reserch was that installation so I was a little nervous but this is one happy customer.
And knowing that if anything ever goes wrong I can call them and they will come fix gives me a great peace of mind.

The beautiful closet design from NJ CUSTOM CLOSETS exceeded our expectations. Carlos is very professional, reliable, and passionate about what he does, which is apparent throughout every step in working with him, which was a pleasure! We had recently moved into a new house and dedicated an extra bedroom to be built into a nice walk-in closet. He accommodated us & worked around our schedules by meeting with us in the evenings and weekends since we work during the week days. He measured everything and created 3D designs which were delivered within 24 hours. Everything was very clear and nothing was left to question. He also answered every email and text promptly. Great customer service! Our deadline was ASAP and he delivered ahead of schedule! The price was reasonable & the quality is amazing. They not only showed up on time, but finished faster than we thought. We also were not sure of which knobs to select/choose from and he offered to order both so that we could make our decision in person, which was great! He went above and beyond, with the nice finishing, trims, valet rack, etc. Not only is the closet gorgeous, but it is well made and custom built to hold everything we own...so now my designer shoes, bags and clothes are very,very happy in their new home! We highly recommend NJ Custom Closets. If we could give 100 stars, we would!

We wish we could give Carlos with NJ Custom Closets 5 more stars!!! He was GREAT and an absolutely awesome business owner. Carlos does not come to your house as a typical contractor but more as a friend with great ideas. You can tell that he really cares about the work he does and wants to make sure he can please his customers as much as possible. We hired Carlos to do 2 closets in our house #1 was a reach in and #2 was a pantry/linen which we might add that they both look AMAZING!!! My Wife & I are extremely happy with his work that we decided to hire him again to do a 3rd closet and once we continue to remodel our upstairs we will be hiring him to do our Master Walk In. We would continue to hire him at any house we live in and we HIGHLY recommend him to all our family and friends. Carlos does not use cheap material, everything is great quality and the closets are extremely sturdy. Take our word for it we are real customers that found NJ Custom Closets on Craigslist we took a chance on hiring him and we LOVE what he did!!! Thank You NJ Custom Closets for your work and we will forever be grateful!!!

***UPDATE*** Since Carlos first did our bedroom closet and linen closet we called him back to out house to do a closet in our soon to be baby room & as excepted Carlos Killed It!!! This guy is unbelievably talented and takes a TON of pride in his work!!! He makes you feel so comfortable and takes his job very serious!!! He goes ABOVE & BEYOND when it comes to his work by not leaving you with work half done or not given the final touch it needs. He is very neat, clean & ALWAYS cleans up after his work. Words CANNOT describe how THANKFUL My Wife & I are to have Carlos with NJ Custom Closets work on our home and give us great affordable closets over and over again!!! I will NEVER use another closet company and neither should you!!! Trust Me this guy is AMAZING!!! Huge Heart & has a serious passion for helping people and making them satisfied.. Carlos is very creative and artistic. We have given him challenges and hes exceeded our expectation. Also finished the work on time with no delays. I will continue working with Carlos.
