He was prompt with responding to enquiry messages and he was also punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job to the locks and to my relief was able to re-program the garage door and provide a replacement remote as well.

Nick is an experienced locksmith. He is very punctual and maintains clear communication throughout - from booking the appointment, understanding the work details involved, transparent pricing and carrying out work. He is very reliable and dependable.

For my house, he provided the lock model which is compliant with AS1428 and Disability access standards. He also provided the required certification document (tested to NATA) for fire protection, and rating and compliance which was required by the building certifier.
Nick helped to purchase & collect the locks and installed the locks before the certifier appointment.
Nick has highly efficient billing and invoicing system. He has all the tools required for his job.

Nick provided a seamless and high quality job. We recently moved houses and wanted replacements for old locks, and rekeying done on all the locks in the house, including the electronic garage door. Additionally, we wanted locks added to a door where their wasn't one before. Nick did this all and offer great prices for the amount of work done. Will recommend to others and be using again.
