I ORDERED MY WATCHES ON JUNE 9th 2025. After a hustle of severe bad customer service, I finally received my watches on August 27th. To claim 3-5 days of delivery… IS A SHAME.
I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PRIORITIZE THIS PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY WHO FAILED DRAMATICALLY ON ITS PROMISE. Worst off it was my birthday to the day I received the package and I was out of town.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS.
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Placed order Aug 6th. Advertised 3 days shipping. Got an alert label made 08/10/2025, but nothing taking to carrier. Aug 14th I emailed and requested that my order be cancelled. Not taken to shipping carrier until Aug 21. This was ignored. Then on Aug 25th a watch band was delivered. I again emailed demand to cancel order, since had not even shipped. Again got emails apologizing but nothing else. Then on August 27 advised watch shipped. Again demanded refund and cancellation. Same response with apologies but nothing else. Review of shipping tracking shows it was not even accepted by shipper until 08/28. Now been over 3 weeks on order claiming 3 day shipping.

I made my order on July 22, 2025. And I have not received it yet. And I can’t get anyone from your company to tell me when I might get it! Either send me my money back or send me my order

I am not satisfied, the watch stopped working and I use it occasionally - I do not recommend it☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️😡😡😡

I didn’t get what I ordered. 1 month no reply from customer service. They took my money really quick. Tracking says order processing but that’s it

I have STILL NOT received my order placed on July 23/25. No contact, no help on the Customer Service link nothing. This company sucks big time!!!

25 days after purchase and still hasn't ship, requested refund, Waiting 7 days now for a refund confirmation still have not received it. Very misleading on shipping time. Emailed support numerous times, they have stopped responding. If i could give negative stars i would. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

It took longer than I thought for me to get my Apex bundle. I LOVE IT! The watch works wonderfully. Health features, activity features and its ruggedness…. It is everything I want and it looks great. My highest recommendation- I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN! Thanks you Njord Gear!

I ordered the watch package on July 27th and still haven’t been notified it has shipped.
I’ve made two official requests for ship date(one was ignored and second was full of apologies-but no hard info).
I see you are still vigoursly marketing the product with “free two-three day shipping” which I believe was intended to make it appear you will get the watch quite soon.
The longer it is stretched out the more it appears scam is getting more possible.
I want my watch. If I have to complain further it won’t be to you but American Express and Facebook will be notified.

7-27 watch ordered. 7-28 received email how I'm liking my watch since I've had it for two weeks. 7-29 received email with helpful startup guide. 8-5 order still not shipped so I cancelled the order. They cancelled order and refund issued. It could be the best watch in the world but if they can't get the order started out on the right foot, I'm out.

When ordering from them, they changed my order and so I tried to cancel the order and thought I had but they still charged me for it. after several weeks I finally received the order but it was incorrect. I though that I would give them one more try and purchased another product and am still waiting on it. They use Shop.com to provide tracking information and it does a terrible job of tracking, it gives little to know current information. Also if you try and contact their company for information it usually takes a week or better to get back with you and than all you get is them saying that they have a large amount of orders and it is going to take a little time to ship.

I ordered my watch in June. When I ordered watch they said it would be shipped in 5 days. It's been 2 months. they blame me for ordering something on clearance for the fact that they can't deliver it. I've asked for a refund because I don't believe I'm ever going to get the product shipped to me. Who knows if they'll actually refund it.

Awful company that prioritizes money over service. Customers should not be able to order products that are out of stock. Especially if it’s going to take several months to restock. I still have not received my order and I only get an update when I request it myself and even then you get the same answer of “sorry we’re working on it”…

Placed order July 26. August 22 still no watch. They just keep giving me the run around that they have a huge backlog of orders. If you don't have the product, don't take my money until you have it ready to ship.
Huge disappointment. Will never order again. Probably won't ever see my order. Must be a SCAM.

I ordered my watch on May 17, 2025. It has been in pre-transit since May 22. I emailed back and forth a few times and then I ended up getting the same email
Back to back: “it appears your package has been lost, we will prepare you a new one” Since then, I’ve been ghosted. No responses since Aug 8. It is now Aug 21.

Buyer Beware!!!!!

Placed ot on July 26, with "3-5 day shipping", it's now August 21 and no sign of it. No response from the company. I'm now going to have to dispute the charges on my credit card

They ghosted me after I ordered 4 items including a watch.

I placed an order on July 5th. I never received my order. I have tried to reach out through email, contact phone number and Facebook. There is no customer service or reach out. They just dodge you, with doing a simple search after realized this is not the first one or the last. What a SCAM!!

It's been almost 2 months and my watch STILL HASN'T SHIPPED. This place is a scam and you should save your money and go somewhere else.
