Horrible taste & color, leaking and spitting

My review is like all of those below me. Pods have a dark colored liquid right out of the pack and immediately taste burnt. Sometimes I get a good one that turns dark and tastes burnt a few hits in. I've had several that are leaking before I even open them and several that spit a mouthful of liquid randomly for no reason (that is completely disgusting). What's more disturbing is these reviews go back at least a year (that's where I stopped reading) and all Njoy has to say is the same automated response to call their outstanding customer service! The fact that they aren't even acknowledging the issue and at least saying they're looking into it is pathetic and shows that they know this is an issue and don't care. I will be switching my brand of vape to something that doesn't waste my money. Shame on you Njoy - do better.

Shady and unethical business practices

Just like everyone else, I too have been dealing with bad njoy pods. The vape liquid is dark brown in the unopened packs. I’ve tried multiple vendors in my area and they were all the same. Njoy is definitely up to shady business practices and I will be exploiting them to the Fed agency who deals with this, likely the FDA.

They have been aware of this issue, likely a manufacturing fault, or the way they have been stored in their distribution facilities. Nonetheless, they refuse to pull the products off the shelves. Thats super shady.

I have 5 unopened packs in my glove box, all leaking and dark brown liquid. I encourage everyone to call of email your nearest FDA office to report them, I know I will be. The numbers to the FDA are below, and I will also be contacting a lawyer to initiate a class action law suit.

Orange pods straight out the package

Have been an njoy user for over a year now.. quit cigarettes and made the switch to menthol pods. Everything was great until around a month or 2 ago when I started getting orange looking pods right out of the package. I've went to multiple different gas stations and can only get maybe one pack out of 6 that is actually good.. just wondering if anyone else is having this problem I like njoy and I like vaping but I can't stand the taste of a burnt pod😵

2 years of NJoy Ace tobacco pods and now they're awful

I've been buying NJoy Ace tobacco pods for a couple years now. There's been some pods over that time period that burned quickly. Nothing like how the quality of them in the past couple of months. Every single pod does not last but 10-20 hits before tasting burnt. NJoy changed something, either the coil or the mixture and it's such a bad product now for the cost of the product. Looking for a better quality brand of ecigs, cya.

UNACCEPTABLE — Major Issues

UNACCEPTABLE. Plain and simple. Look at all the most recent reviews here in order to get an idea of how this company CONTINUES to operate. I have refrained from posting a negative review on here because I wanted to allow time for them to fix this issue but it has now been going on for OVER A MONTH. During that time I have purchased EIGHT (8) different packages of menthol pods from MULTIPLE different gas stations in the Midwest. ALL of them have been HORRIBLE. The fact that your company KNOWS there’s an issue like this but yet continues to allow the consumer to purchase this trash when it could potentially be even more toxic (it surely tastes like it) is absolutely unacceptable and I do not know how this is not a bigger deal. DO NOT BUY.

I have no clue what you guys did to your menthol pods the past month but they burn after about 10 hits and taste horrible now. Bought multiple packs thinking I just got a couple bad ones but it’s literally ALL of them now.

They recently changed the price in my area to $5.99 a pack so I’m thinking the company made too many (were just sitting and becoming disgusting to smoke) so in order to move inventory they slashed the price. Unacceptable.

Its downright terrible business practice. Someone at njoy knows exactly whats going on here, and instead of owning up to it and recalling there horrific mistake. They will milk this and sell every last busted pod to there customers to make a buck. Shameful, your company should be sued for intentionally selling faulty products. What is this new orange/brown color anyways? Is it even safe to use? Recall your pods, issue lots of refunds, make this right.

P.s. I just attempted to call the number they so kindly and repeatedly provide here in there copy and pasted reply's... It rings once and hangs up. Thanks Njoy! What a joke.

NJOY has turned to garbage

Iv been using the NJOY for close to 2 years, never had any issues with them before, now all of a sudden I keep getting menthol pods that have orange juice in them and right away tasted burnt. After 40-50 dollars worth of burnt pods I’m done with this brand, might give VUSE vapes a try.

Burnt Pods

I've been using an njoy for a few years and lately literally EVERY single pod is burnt from the moment it comes out of the pack. I think the fluid in the burnt pods looks a little more orange, I don't know if it's a defect or they're doing something different but I've purchased pods from three different stores and have yet to find a good pack for at least a month. I have one unopened pack and if there isn't a good pod in there I'll probably just switch to something else.

Bad Pods Since late August 2021

I’ve been using njoy for a long time now and over the past month, every pack I bought was discolored and tasted horrible. This was a total of SIX PACKS I bought. I finally emailed the company. Unfortunately, I had to change brands which I do not like their taste, because I am fearful I will keep wasting my money in search of good tasting pods.

Been a user since 2019. No problems at all for the past two years until the last few weeks. (Except for discontinuing blueberry/watermelon early 2020.) Ever since the end of august/early September, Everytime I buy menthol pods, they’re brown/not clear and they taste absolutely horrible from the first hit of a brand new pod. Idk what the hell happened but I’m not wasting anymore money on these pods if they’re not gonna be the normal clear menthol pods that we all loved.

Very unsatisfied recently

Been using strictly njoy for over 2 years with 0 issues. These past few weeks every single time, without fail, when I buy a new pack of pods they taste disgusting and burnt within the first hit. Ive noticed multiple people on here complaining about the exact same. All of the customer service replies are copy and pasted and give no real answer as to why this is happening. This has never been an issue before and I only noticed it happening after the price of pods went down. I hope this gets fixed since since njoy is the only vape I really like.

BURNT NASTY PODS

I have been smoking njoy pods for two years with never an issue. Now every time I've bought pods, they are burnt from the jump. They are very distinctly burnt in the pod, a deep red color instead of the normal yellow color. I have spent over 40$ on pods that I refuse to smoke. I only like njoys please fix this or give a reason to why they are like this. Oh also, I dont know if they close at 5 or something, BUT THE NUMBER YOU GIVE DOES NOT WORK FOR HELP.

I love these but huge issue

I love these, have been using them for about 2 years, an I've had a few issues with pods here or there, other then those few times it's been good, but now, for the past week, I have been getting quite a few packs of ones that taste disgusting, they are unusable, witch is very unfortunate, I have noticed a difference in the color of the nicotine in the pod, the ones that are messed up are a brown color, while the ones that are good are basically clear,
this is the menthol flavor,

so I went to different stores an out of 4 packs of 2 pods, I got 1 pack that was good, idk if I can keep spending on these as much as I like them if I gotta spend 40 or more just to get a pack of 2,
