Sent over my medical records in Aug. Have emailed for follow ups and to give updates on current care failures and I've heard absolutely nothing. Not had a single reply not even an acknowledgement of receipt.

At first was with another solicitor Browel and Co and the case handler Hayley who was very unprofessional who said we got no chance with our case . Went to another solicitor found them very professional completely different professional advice to our first solicitor which made sense to us.
