Product Safety Issue & Unprofessional Dispute Resolution
I am submitting this review today to document a significant failure in product integrity and service standards regarding a Psyllium Husk purchase made previously and received 23/03/2024. As of today, the issue is still not resolved, therefore still and 'ongoing experience'.
The item arrived with damaged packaging. As an ingestible supplement, this breach rendered the product unsafe for consumption. When I contacted customer service, they attempted to attribute the damage to me and subsequently ceased all communication. They failed to provide a replacement or refund for a non-conforming, unsafe product.
In my experience, NKD Living's products, customer service, and business ethics fail to meet any reasonable standard. I would strongly advise people to avoid spending their money here. I welcome a public response from the company, though it should be noted they already had ample opportunity to rectify this privately and chose to go silent instead.
