I am renting out an apartment with this…

I am renting out an apartment with this company and thus far things are going fine. Thomas Rohde is super nice and helpful. He has always replied to emails, and has helped me a lot. Jeppe is also super friendly and helpful. The place i am renting out has things that have not been done prior to moving in, and this (and other things I identified) have been documented. I do hope that when the time comes to leave i do not experience the things that others are mentioning in their assessments. I have now heard a lot about companies that try to keep the deposits under strange excuses, and really hope that this will not be the case with me.
