My order was delayed due to the parcel delivery service losing track of the package, so not NKON's fault at all. I contacted NKON about it and received supportive and fast responses dealing with the delivery service. There even was a replacement parcel sent out really fast.
When the parcel finally arrived, it was well packed with protective foam pellets, so the contents couldn't be damaged.
I will definitely order from NKON again.

NOT an EU company.
Bad experience.
I bought an 8xAA charger from them, because I trusted I was buying from an EU company (Netherlands) - lately, my country's customs are very strict about products imported from outside EU.
As it seems, they posted the item not from within EU, but from Switzerland (tracking number ending in CH), with a print on the box "sent from EU".
Obviously, that didn't work well with customs, I was charged double the value of the charger, and I had to deny receiving the package.
Since then (3 months), I have no charger and no refund since denied parcels are treated as lowest priority for return to sender.

Buy your batteries from this company.
This is in my opinion the best source for batteries in Europe, one of very few places you can get legit Sony vtc5a's! Shipping is excellent, it took only five days from when shipped to arrive at customs in Iceland. Prices are excellent and there are no sales taxes for countries outside of the European union, not every company follow through with that! I definitely recommend Nkon, I would give them an extra star if it were possible.

Good address for LED flashlights
I have bought 3 times on NKON and I have had a good service. Very fast delivery (1 or 2 days to Belgium), good prices. I hope they will soon have more flashlights brands (currently limited to EagleTac, ZebraLight and ArmyTek which is a good selection).

Great Store
Great prices for batteries, fast shipment and good communication. I would give a fifth star if one of the items I received wasn't dead totally undercharged. I didn't get back to them stating the problem and find out their reaction.
Even here (which I didn't know they watch) their reaction gains another star
