I ordered Agapantha s weeks ago never…

I ordered Agapantha s weeks ago never got a confirmation, their phone dont work, sent2 a emails a recorded one came back 2x over electric problems, so do we lose our money ?... strange they are still advertising when they are disapointing many people

Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
his company are a disaster. I ordered two orchids as Christmas presents on the 15th Dec, and 13 days later they still haven't been delivered. Customer care at Bakker don't care. No concerns for the late Christmas gifts, no offer of compensation or a goodwill gesture. It sums them up.. My advice is DON'T buy from them

Orderd 2 bushes

Orderd 2 bushes. They looked awesome on the picture, but when they arrived they was 2 unhealthy cuttings, there is no way to contact them on there website.
I paid £25 for 2 healthy bushes but got 2 cuttings in plugs instead

Would give no stars if it were an…

Would give no stars if it were an option.
I spent £50 on two dead lavender plants, one twig of a Passion flower plant and a rose bush that was barely alive and really spindly. Wish I’d been sensible and read reviews first! Went to website to find customer services and the link doesn’t work...Appalling!

Terrible customer experience

My recent two orders were both cancelled after waiting for a whole week. First telling me that order is being delayed and then your order has been adjusted and then you order has been cancelled. Will not order from Bakker.com again despite the vouches.

Disappointing

Plants arrived. Poorly packaged with soil everywhere and one was squashed. Arrived as a DPD package with No Fragile or keep this way up labels. 40 bulbs in one pack turned into 20 potentially usable bulbs.

Fungal disease

My plant arrived with a real bad yellow fungal disease on 4 out of 6 of the leaves - I have no clue how they didn't notice this. I send pictures to Bakker (there's no direct email address or phone number) via their website. I was told someone would be back in touch within 48 hours... It's now been almost a week, and nothing. There's a reason these plants are so cheap.

Lovely plant, well packed

I have just received a Eucalyptus plant from Bakker and I’m really impressed. Lovely healthy plant and very well packed. I’ve ordered from them before and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Think again

I purchased a planter on-line with this company.
Regrettably, the pot was poorly packed and the box in which it was delivered was not marked fragile.
Consequently, it arrived cracked and badly damaged.
I have sent numerous emails to the customer service address and received not one response.
Having purchased the pot in good faith I believe as a customer with a legitimate complaint I’ve been treated with total contempt.

The plant I bought was beautiful

The plant I bought was beautiful, the only problem is the courier they've used, as the plant was not handled with care, I received the box upside down. The plant stem and leaves are broken, it looks like it's been smashed unfortunately I needed to cut the leaves and stem hoping to regrow nicely, and for my plant to look okey.

Used to be their loyal customer but it is time to say goodbye! Constant delays in delivery, no customer support (no call centre, no response on my emails), poor quality of plants: they are dreadfully damaged during transportation, infected by insects and fungi. I would appreciate it if anyone can recommend a reliable online plant store.
