The inside of my photo book was great but the cover page is a complete disaster, as the title doesn't appear fully! A pity because the cover page is the most important, the one you see first :(
I double checked my template ND it looked perfectly OK on it. What a déception!!!
I have been using this platform for years and have tens of my photobooks made by them, but it appeared that the last ones were less perfect, and everything is now automatic so when there is something shocking on a cover page nobody notices it, whereas a few years ago, one would have called you before the final printing. Pity.

Everything went smooth with the order and I am happy with the received photos.

Order was treated fast and with quality.
Follow up on status of order online is also very good

The photos quality is nice and I got them in two days! Also I had some error in my address so I contacted support and the issue was resolved:)
I like the portal a lot!

Picture came with white edges on one side of the photo. In the proof there was no white line.

Photo quality was not quite as good as the previous time we used foto.com - images were blurry and dark.

Great quality but delivery took way longer than normal and what i'd expect. It took over a week from the 'vezonden' email.

I print photos 10x15. Quality is quite good (sharp etc.) but fotos are very dark. Looks like printed in home not by proffessional company. I took best foto paper so maybe printer was wrong calibrated or something else. In every device (laptop, tv, phone, tablet)my photos looks normal (not so dark) but I got really dark. On some of it I can't see what is on picture. I tried to print my photos in Emte , just to check and looks great, same like in digital. So I waste my money and time because delivery is from Belgium.

The Photo was very dark. Not the same as original.

I need to have it re printed.

How can I return and have another one printed?

Even worse than HEMA printing which was surprising! Just the paper is better

I had very high expectations, but was disappointed when I received my photos because they look very "washed out." We had professional portraits taken and purchased the files to print ourselves, but the prints look very poor compared to the images we can view digitally on screen. I know there is a difference between screen colors and print, but this was very disappointing. We will probably try a different company to get better prints of our photos.

Everything was fairly easy to do, and delivery took about a week or so. I couldn't figure out how to add text to the album unfortunately, otherwise it would have been perfect.

I was happy it came only 2 days after. The package was well sealed and taking into account the weather disturbance to the images if left long in the mail box.
I will probably have them printed with FOTO.com again in the future!

I had a special wish for printing my photo on canvas. After a few mails it was clear they could do the job.
My wish to see the print of my photo also on the sides of the picture frame.
Communication with the customer service was fast and friendly. Delivery to the Netherlands within 11 days is fine.
The result of the print is nicely positioned on the frame and has a nice warm feel.

Please, do not put delivery times on your website that you can simply not meet. I needed the photos I ordered to be delivered on time. It was important for me to have them today - sadly, they're still not here. At this point not even quality matters to me. Highly disappointed. I wouldn't order anything from this website again.
