If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of trousers advertised as linen on the website. The reality? The shirt turned out to be cotton/polyester, and the trousers I received are clearly labeled 100% polyester.

I contacted customer service as soon as I received the first item to report the issue and asked them not to ship my second order until the matter was resolved. They ignored my request and shipped the trousers anyway… only for me to discover exactly the same problem.

Customer service kept repeating the same thing: return the items to China at my own expense, pay for shipping, customs duties and import fees, wait more than two months, and only then maybe get a refund.

At no point did they seriously address the main issue: why are products marketed as linen when the labels clearly state otherwise?

I tried for weeks to find an amicable solution. Their final offer was a 40% refund in exchange for keeping products that do not match their advertised description.

I find these practices misleading and extremely disappointing. I strongly advise future customers to think twice before ordering and to carefully check the actual composition of the products they receive.

If I had known beforehand that “linen” meant polyester made in China, I would never have placed an order.
