Avoid goodwe like the plague!

1. Extremely poor communication and support. Need to implement modbus, but no proper user manual. Tried contacting support via support and they sent the wrong manual. Unable to get any more feedback from them.
2. Password for their wifi is admin/admin AND CANNOT BE CHANGED!
3. Firmware updates? Nope - they want access to your installation to do this.

Don't use goodwe equipment! Their support, security and reliability is horrible! I'm on the phone on hold as I type this for 24 minutes now.

Top Support on all questions i had

Top Support on all questions i had, as well as very nice and stable System. I am using 10kw ET Plus with BYD HVS 12.8kw! Performance compared to other systems of friend of mine is really good! Thank you! Using it now for over 1 Year thats why i cant put a proper date of experience.
