Tried only 5 photo's
I loved the free tryout of 3 pictures. They are great at removing backgrounds! I have placed a few small orders, half of em is processed right now.
Had some trouble with adding comments to the pictures, it would've been better if you can mark in the picture before it's processed. This way it's easier to tell about my desires.
Some pictures weren't shopped by all of my specifications (only the background was removed, they didn't remove scratches on the product).
I rejected those, still waiting for an update.
The speed is great! Very fast responses with photoshopped pictures.
I still don't fully understand the idea of the different specifications. Maybe this is easy for big orders, not when you just want to edit 10 different pictures with different problems. I had to place an order for every specification? And had to pay all of the orders differently. This isn't very efficiently.

Its great to hear honest feedback from our customers.
Allow me to reply on some of your remarks:
1. When placing an order, you can add a comment that applies to the entire order. Or you can add comments to individual orders. More info with screenshots can be found here: https://support.pixelz.com/hc/en-us/articles/206361518-How-To-Add-A-Comment-To-Your-Order
Comments are used to clarify something. NOT to add custom image editing, like color change, dust removal and that type of things. We have a flat fee of 1,25 per image, additional work can not cover that.
2. Multiple specifications are used if you have different requirements.
For example,
A: you sell shoes and you want to align those shoes at the bottom in a square image with a shadow, in JPG so you can upload them directly to your online store.
B: You also sell dresses, and you want your apparel image to be delivered in portrait in a 2:3 aspect ratio, here you want TIFF images back on a transparent background because you want to do some photoshop work first, and then use the images in a brochure.
The idea of setting up a couple of specifications, which are then stored in your online account. Is so that on the next batch of images, you can easily upload the images to the desired specification without having to tell us "again" what needs to be done.
So summing up:
You can use us for bulk image editing (removing background / alignment etc), where we process your images according to the requirements you checkmark in the specifications.
We do not do custom work per image, that is something for you to do yourself OR have that done by a graphical designer.
That being said, we are currently in the proces of launching PRO RETAILER.
This is where you can subscribe for a monthly fee, and gain acces to additional features.
These are "boxed" features, so you can "checkmark" "dust removal" or "fix scratches" for an additional fee.
We NOT offer this in the Benelux YET... We are in the process of launching it, i suspect it will be early may 2017.
